Hi,
Is there anyone who did not get the payment of July, 09 in Academia-research? I asked them about the delay but they explained that such delay is due to the Billing Company SWREG. Are they true?
Please reply.
-Solomon Salazar (Laila)
I sometimes use SWreg to pay writers. If the writer has requested a cheque payment, there are some delays. PayPal, wire transfers, etc. are processed on Tuesdays. If there are sufficient funds in the PayPal account, payment shows up within 48 hrs. If not, delays can run up to a week. Wire transfers take about 7 working days. As you are talking about a six week delay, the only explanations are:
1) the batch file uploaded by Academia did not contain your payment or your payment details were incorrectly entered
2) Academia did not process your payment in the first place
3) if you have opted for PayPal, the notification may have gone through to your spam folder, in which case you may not have caught it and accepted payment
all should be good there, I work for them as well and chose the savings option) lol
I also know that they are good. Really good. But I don't know why I did not get the payment of July. It is true that I got the payment of the later months using Alertpay.com. When I chose Wire Transfer, the payment was blocked. Till now they failed to process it.

Really interesting!! then you are one of the bosses. Anyway you may be a good one. Though the payment was delayed, till now I am convinced that Academia-research is honest.

If you are referring to me ... I definitely am not linked to A-R. Was commenting on SWreg ... as for A-R's being good ...

I don't know why I did not get the payment of July.
Really, really good. Like, almost perfect English.
Really, really good.
As good as A-R :)
Hi, how r u? Is there anything wrong in my language?
Hmm, I'd definitely pay you NOT to write my essay...
pheelyks, cocklejoe
Yes, there is an error. But thanks for your snobbery. I hope that a perfect person like you should crown the world and we will be proud of you.
So, tell me what I can do for you....now.....
WriterJohn
Indeed I am a software programmer. But writing is my hobby. I write only for two companies. So far A-R paid me 4000$. You cannot believe that I got A+ for 7 papers and A in 18 papers, though I got several F's. These papers were out of my expertise. Now the fact is that unfortunately those professors failed to perceive that I am extremely scorned by pheelyks and cocklejoe..
Can you honestly say that you always produce A+ papers?
Yes, there is an error.
Pheelyks and Cocklejoe are absolutely correct in their assessment of your English language writing skills. They are not being snobbish but are simply stating a fact. I personally know it to be a fact because when I was with Academia, I picked up more revisions of your work than I care to remember (they were signed L...ce Salazar [Laila], not Solomon). I have the pdf screenshots of the order panels, if you would like to see them.
Fracturegang - the problem is not you, however. I understand that you applied for particular job, landed it and are performing your required duties to the very best of your ability. As none of the revisions which I personally picked up from you were plagiarised, I believe that you are honest with clients and are putting in the necessary effort. As I said, the problem is not you at all. It is far more serious that that ... it is the companies which hire researchers to write professionally in English despite the fact that their language skills are weak. They do so just to fill their ranks with minimum-wage writers. In more cases than not, the company managers and directors are incapable of evaluating language skills because they, themselves, barely speak English.
I am not against ESL writers because many are absolutely wonderful and fully qualified (both in terms of education and English language writing skills). As for those who are not qualified to write in English, I assume that you would make very good writer-researchers in your native language. Stick to what you are good at.
You cannot believe that I got A+ for 7 papers and A in 18 papers, though I got several F's.
You just proved my point. Thank you.
pheelyks
Can you honestly say that you always produce A+ papers?
No, but to my knowledge I have never received an F on anything, and would be very surprised to learn that I had. I also never claimed to be perfect, but as I (and others) have said MANY TIMES all over this forum,
IF YOU CHARGE PEOPLE MONEY/ACCEPT MONEY FOR WRITING AN ACADEMIC PAPER IN ENGLISH, YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW TO WRITE A F*****G SENTENCE IN GRAMMATICALLY F*****G CORRECT ENGLISH, FOR F***'S SAKE.
It's nothing personal. You speak (or at least write) English better than I can write in whatever your native language happens to be (Pascal? C++?), I guarantee it. But I do not try to write papers in that language professionally.
OxbridgeResearchers
Very possibly you are telling a lie. Unless you are a software engineer, you cannot revise my papers. May be you are a computer engineer too, I don't know.
There is another point. In whole writing career I left only a paper unrevised. Then how can you revise my papers?
Anyway, you told that you were a AR writer too. My question is:
Why did you quit your career in AR? Are they really dishonest?
Can you honestly say that all of your papers were of A+ quality?

Look, I know I swore first, but at least my swearing was on topic, and grammatically correct. I respectfully request that you refrain from swearing in an insulting and unproductive manner, especially when such language is used in conjunction with myself and my female family members. It is unwarranted and inappropriate.
You f***.
It's interesting how f*** occupies so many different grammatical positions. We've only begun to scratch the surface here. I count adjective, noun, and transitive verb. Anyone have any more?
my favorite is "f***ery." it's sort of exotic where I am, on Mars.
just don't try to quote Beatles lyrics...
I always respect your female family members. If they were in front of me, I would beg their pardon for my abusive language. But I will never forgive you.......
pheelyks
How exactly would you classify "f***ery"? It's a noun, I suppose; is there such a thing as an adjectival noun? I assume the proper usage would be something like, "Fracturegang, I'm tired of you and all your f***ery, dang blast it!"
I was listening to a Manson (Charles, not Marilyn) song an hour ago (for a paper, strangely enough), is voice is oddly soothing and sweet, but his lyrics suck. Except for Helter Skelter, which is of course a Beatle's song, so lets not go there...
But I will never forgive you.......
Has the damage I've done to you been that extreme? I can never be forgiven for pointing out mistakes in your grammar and sentence structure?
You must have a lot of mortal enemies. You should hire the EssayNinjas to protect you.
is there such a thing as an adjectival noun?
Ouch! I think I got a nose-bleed from that one. ;)

Dont even go there. I did not personalise the issue so don't go there - you do sign your name LAWRENCE SALAZAR, when communicating with clients, don't you? I more than know what I am talking about :)

I can honestly say that I never wrote an F paper in my life :) By your own confession, you wrote several. And, by popular consensus, you should never be writing professionally in English.
you should never be writing professionally in English.
Hey, that's a nice issue for discussion. Marketing considerations aside, can we really consider what we do, "professional" writing?
pheelyks
can we really consider what we do, "professional" writing?
Yes. From Wikipedia (which matches other definitions found in reputable online dictionaries):
A profession is a vocation founded upon specialised educational training, the purpose of which is to supply disinterested counsel and service to others, for a direct and definite compensation, wholly apart from expectation of other business gain.
What we do might not be the greatest profession in the world, but I am very good at what I do and I certainly think I am "specially educated" (though not as specially as certain others on this forum). We are paid to produce a product that most people cannot complete with the same level of quality. That's why it bugs me so much when people can't deliver what they imply they can by joining this profession.
no one can guarantee grades.
pheelyks
I would be wiling to offer a guarantee (i.e. a money-back policy, not the truly impossible task of predicting the future) that I none of my papers would receive an "F," however.
you never know-- the prof might be having a bad day, or they might notice a huge difference between your voice and the student's, and mark an F, but not as a reflection of your lack of skills.
as for refunds, if I were in charge, no one would get refunds, ever. it would be crooked, too. they would all deserve refunds, and I would fend them off, using their own rage and energy against them. this is why I want to write for essayninjas.
pheelyks
but not as a reflection of your lack of skills.
thankee kindly, sir.
this is why I want to write for essayninjas.
They say they're based in Canada (it's posted real big on their home page). I don't know how much rage will be going on.

There is no shortage of hockey rage.

pheelyks
I had a Canadian math teacher, and he was really calm, quiet, polite, intelligent, etc. Then he starts coming into class with all sorts of scrapes and obviously fist-induced black eyes (just once, actually, and he says it was an accident...) and explained that hockey season was in. Absolutely mind boggling.

Who cares! Damn it.

Please allow me to clutch at a few random straws here:
1) the clients who thought they were getting a writer who actually spoke English
2) the clients who were presented with F-level work
I believe that they care and give a damn.
1) the clients who thought they were getting a writer who actually spoke English

In my country there are some Americans who are teaching Engineering in our collages. But all of them except one speak a third class language (my native language). They also write in failing language. But they teach our student how to write term paper, dissertation, etc.....
What an irony! What should we do to them?
After all, we know that they are our teachers. We must respect them. Indeed we need their knowledge.
If you speak English well, I also respect you because your knowledge in English is better than mine and I will try to learn from you.
But it is also true that it is your professors who gave A+ in some of my paper. These A+'s are not because of my language, rather they are because of the knowledge I conveyed in those papers.
Have you under.......stand......? Again I killed your language...ha...ha....ha.....
I used to teach part-time at undergrad level (up until June 08) when I lived in England, and the standard of English was quite worrying at times in the essay I'd be marking - grammar, punctuation, spelling, pretty hopeless in some cases. I actually find EFL students in France write better English than my old UK students.
But Fracturegang, anyone who gets paid to write in English should have very good writing skills. The odd mistake here and there is inevitable, but the majority of complaints on this board are from people with poor levels of English complaining about not getting paid for the writing they've done. Without supporting essaywriters.net & co., I can see why...
Again I killed your language...ha...ha....ha.....
I'm sorry but what exactly does this mean?
Indeed You need to take a look at the preceding sentence. There is a grammatical mistake in it and a mistake in any language means killing it.
But Fracturegang, anyone who gets paid to write in English should have very good writing skills.
Thanks, you are right......
if you think of killing something as trying to do it well, and completely ******* it up, then
fracturegang is reporting correctly that they are killing English. wtg, killer.
Again I killed your language...ha...ha....ha.....
I didn't say that!
