Hi Everyone,
I am just a recent college grad who wouldn't mind a few extra dollars from his old college papers to help downsize that college debt pile. Only looking to upload my 'A' grade papers - I am no professional writer, but these papers got me 'A's at reputable state college. Why service do you guys will be the best for me to do this? I have only heard about academon so far. How good are they, is there something better?

Thanks so much
Joe

I write for them and know they're 100% legit in general; but I've never sold any old essays online and don't know anything about that part of the business besides whatever's posted on the website.

academon is legit. they price well, too. But do they actually treat their business seriously?

if I can offer you some advice, Joe: don't just upload your A papers; upload all of them. this industry is all about quantity, and often, customers want B papers anyway, because they are not "too perfect." the more papers you have up, the more $ you can make.

A. has a large team of editors that thoroughly screens all submitted papers for both originality and quality of content. Plagiarized and/or low-quality papers get rejected.

If you're a college student, you or your school have submitted the papers to Turnitin? If that's the case, they may appear as plagiarized. If not, the service may claim they were plagiarized and you'll only lose the ability to publish them on your blog, website, or whatever. My advice is to never trust the judgement or good will of services that claim to buy your essays because when you submit them for their "approval" - they are already stored in their databases. And the fact is, most of such services are from Russia or Ukraine and copyright laws don't apply to them; in other words, they can steal whatever you submit to their servers without any repercussions.

The money, if you are lucky to get any for your sold academic papers, will be negligible. You don't want to go through unwinnable fights with the third-world country legal systems if you find out some of your "rejected" essays have been put up for sale anyway.

Don't sell your essays - publish them in your name instead

Library Book SaleIf I was you, I'd set up a simple website / blog, create some categories related to the paper subjects, and post them online for free. I agree with Arakez - you are not going to make any reasonable money from selling your old essays. Even if you manage to get "some" money, you're going to wait forever for them to be released by you. The problem is that the companies that want to "buy" your essays, at least 95% of them, are illegitimate. They are foreign hacks that want to get stuff for free.

Many of them would justify NOT paying you with lousy excuses, like that your essay had already been published elsewhere or that some portions of your papers are "plagiarized" (when in fact those are direct quotes).

Try to get your name as your own person and publish them on your own. There may be some business opportunities coming from your decision; for example, someone interested in the topic may contact you and request more information or give you some business offer. You could also put a link to your website on your resume (if you happen to seek employment in the future).

I see no real value in trying to sell your old essays; whatever value would be taken away for free from the foreign fraudsters who run this business.

This was a very extravagant way to view what was initially posted by the student. Setting up your own work and treating it entirely like a business model doesn't necessarily flow well with everyone, especially because it takes a lot more than just "publishing" your work to gain leverage in the field. There are tons and tons of freelance writers out there who are struggling to make ends meet. If OP wants to be able to use his writing skills to the test, then it would be a good way to test it out. However, making an entire business out of it and treating it as a scheme won't just be as easy as setting up a website, considering the fact that you need more than just these mere details to sort everything out.

Or, why share the profits when you can keep it all for yourself? If you are willing to get started in the pre-written essay writing business, then setting up your own server, creating a simple website (to start with) and then uploading your original essays would be the best way to go. Learn how to market it through social media, and you have a ready made business on hand. This may even spin-off into original essay writing for students who may want to secure your services for original content papers. You will be selling yourself short by selling the papers on Academon. The best way to go is to self-publish, then evolve into another business model from there. Work yourself. Don't share the profits if you can help it.
