Actually, it isn't only fraudulent writers that engage in this practice. Even the company affiliated writers got into this practice, which is why there was a bloodbath of account verifications in some companies a couple of years back. The actual account holder rented out his account to his "partners" who would get jobs at the company where there were not formally recognized as system users, complete the order, then wait for the regularly scheduled pay date for them to get paid, with a certain interest going to the account holder. It became so rampant that they were practically a sub-company functioning under the actual company. I do not know how the companies caught on to this practice, they just eventually did.
