When writers are not paid or they are poorly paid they dont perform well

Hello people, i am a newcomer on this forum. I am writing essays since 2001 and this year i start my own student services office in Greece. I have worked with some "well known" figures such as P.Richardson (i noticed many threads for his firm). I also noted that some "employers" here are very aggressive towards the writers, which is not fair.

Pay WritersLemme tell u something from my own experience. Whenever you see promised such as 1st class and etc. etc...this is B.S. The student / client is responsible for his action. When you ask from someone to prepare a custom made essay you know that you are responsible for being lazy instead of sitting your arse down and typing your essay. In my own view, the best practice is the face-to-face contact between the client and the writer (whenever this is possible). This has numerous benefits and surely you know that there is no such as guy named Dhj2385 but a real writer. The student is obliged to bring notes, comments, books or whatever needed. Since the writer delivers the essay ontime, which is days before the deadline, then it is the student's responsibility to check the assignment and to fell free to make comments, remarks and etc. Again...i remind u, the paper belongs to the student, he is the responsible one. My responsibility is to deliver the assignment on time make sure that the writer did his best and that he is happy with the payments and on general with the attitude of the offices towards its writers...above all i never promise anything..i promise for our best effort....i laugh whenever i see 1st class promises and etc..dont get fool...the tutor / examiner knows who has written the assignment on his own and how cheated......

anyway..writers are humans....when they are not paid or they are poorly paid they dont perform well...on one of the officers that i work for...i use to ask for a price...say 100 euros for an assignment and when i get paid they say....hm...u ll get 70 euros coz the student did not pay...the student did that...and that and that....and B.S.....Hence...whenever i've to write something for those folks i ll just give the minimum effort....i really don't care...but when i know that the office will pay me ontime..without hesitation and they will respect my work..then i ll give my best effort. This is how it works folks...

Your post has the potential to become a true life changer for me. I have always dreamed to be a marine biologist. Now I finally know that I don't need any education to become one. All I have to do is to kindly ask you The Secret through which you have become a professional writer.

I beg your pardon. I wish to be your editor if you have an open position.
"Hello people" >>> Are you serious? I expected you will say next that you came in peace.
"I am" Capitalize on your talents and use capital I instead.
"a newcomer on this forum" >>> One can come and go 'to' not on, unless you are an alien who landed 'on this forum'

"I am writing essays since 2001" >>> No. Really? Try this for a change: 'I have been writing essays since 2001'
"and this year i start my own student services office in Greece." >>>> Again, be proud of your exquisite talent and use the majuscule 'I'; after you do that change '"start" to 'started' please.

"I have worked with some "well known" figures such as P.Richardson (i noticed many threads for his firm)" >>>>> Perhaps the fame of a "figure such as P. Richardson" made such an impression that you can't get rid of the minuscule 'I'.

"I also noted that some "employers" here are very aggressive towards the writers, which is not fair." >>> So far they seem to be too mellow towards you. Oh and by the way I understand the depths of your modestly but please use a capital I.

"Lemme tell u something from my own experience." >>>> Lame to hear you.
"Whenever you see promised such as 1st class and etc. etc." >>> Instead use the word 'promises'; also one etc is enough as it means etcetera which in turn means 'and other things'. One cannot use 'and other things' twice or trice or etc.

"The student / client is responsible for his action" >>>> Clearly not the writer.
"When you ask from someone to prepare a custom made essay you know that you are responsible for being lazy instead of sitting your arse down and typing your essay." >>>> Change "ask from someone" to 'ask someone' (remember you included the verb "to prepare").

"In my own view, the best practice is the face-to-face contact between the client and the writer (whenever this is possible)." >>>>> In your case I strongly suggest to avoid a 'face to face' meeting. You truly don't want to incur the wrath of a student who got graded upon your superb penmanship.

"This has numerous benefits and surely you know that there is no such as guy named Dhj2385 but a real writer." >>> Please change"as guy" to 'a guy'. That is what a "real writer" would do.

"The student is obliged to bring notes, comments, books or whatever needed." >>>> In this case "whatever needed" would be a big gun. Better to show the writer what stakes he is playing for.

"Since the writer delivers the essay ontime, which is days before the deadline, then it is the student's responsibility to check the assignment and to fell free to make comments, remarks and etc." >>>> I suggest to change "ontime" to 'on time'. Then change "fell" (chopping wood will not make more papers) to 'feel' and avoid in your composition the use of "to" twice within four words (to feel free to). As such, feel free making any comments or remarks.

"Again...i remind u, the paper belongs to the student, he is the responsible one." Majuscule yourself, give us the 'you' respect rather than "u".

"My responsibility is to deliver the assignment on time make sure that the writer did his best and that he is happy with the payments and on general with the attitude of the offices towards its writers...above all i never promise anything..i promise for our best effort....i laugh whenever i see 1st class promises and etc..dont get fool...the tutor / examiner knows who has written the assignment on his own and how cheated......" >>>> Well, this is a mouthful. Put a coma after "on time", change "on general" to 'in general', offices do not have an attitude (they are inanimate), majuscule "i" three times, "dont" should be written as 'don't', change "fool" to 'fooled', change "how cheated" to 'who cheated' and finally, I thank God you only make the promise to do your best; just don't be to clear on what "your best" really means.

"anyway..writers are humans...." >>>> I thought so too. After reading your post I am not so sure anymore.
"when they are not paid or they are poorly paid they dont perform well..." >>>> Change "dont" to 'don't'. I suspect that you have been paid poorly lately.

"on one of the officers that i work for" >>>> If it is not your parole officer you work ON, then perhaps the change should look like 'in one of the offices I work for'.

"...i use to ask for a price...say 100 euros for an assignment and when i get paid they say....hm...u ll get 70 euros coz the student did not pay...the student did that...and that and that....and B.S..... >>> Majuscule "i" and capitalize Euros unless you are referring to the noun 'euro' as the wallaroo kangaroo. Hmm, should sound like this, not just one m."U ll" should be 'you'll' and "coz" is because. I hope I deciphered the message correctly.

"Hence...whenever i ve to write something for those folks i ll just give the minimum effort....i really dont care...but when i know that the office will pay me ontime..without hesitation and they will respect my work..then i ll give my best effort. This is how it works folks..." >>> I admit, the minimum effort (if it can be called that) is unmistakable. Change the two "I ve", the two "I ll", "ontime" to 'on time', capitalize the "i". After you have done all this, the OFFICE will pay you without hesitation and show you enormous respect. I would. I would never consider having a guy like you coming after me, it could turn out to be contagious.

Regards.

Staggering. ROTFLMAO!

PastelLetters, I can sense that you took prowritergr's post too seriously as that badly hurt your true emotions associated with English language. I tip my hat to you that you dared to edit prowritergr's ("a real writer's") "original, unmatched piece of ENGLISH writing" which is remarkably written with "minimum effort" by a "human", and you redacted it incredibly well. Lol!

Not some comments, only one post by PastelLetters who showed his/her intellect to so great an extent that this person has lost it altogether because after commenting on your post so diligently, that person threw a request for someone to write his/her paper. How sad. So, in this way you should be happy that your post has made a scholastic writer go nuts! Haha.

i agree. what i really mean is that...if your dont pay your writers properly, dont expect them to produce 1st or even 2nd class projects.

That's absolutely correct. However, it's important for writers today to be VERY careful of the student-scams. So the best strategy is to ask them to pay upfront. Otherwise, the writer is sure inviting to be knocked out and in this case it is the likely fault of the writer and not of the scamming client.

eah, this is tricky...on most of the cases i ask them to pay in advance

Writing in bad English and complaining when not paid?

why write bad English then complain when not paid??

Because the company did a mistake by hiring you, yet it knew your English was horrible! The company is to blame for misleading you and wasting your time. They must pay for the time wasted.

The only thing sure is that the writing company of this person did not last a month. An experienced student can spot a scam a mile away and in this case, we can make it 10 miles. He was paid poorly because he couldn't deliver, lost time based on editing the work, and most likely, getting the order eventually reassigned to a different writer. Hence the constant deductions and "the client did not pay" claims. I can really see and understand why a client would not want to pay this writer.

Unfortunately, this writer has a chip on his shoulder and seems to think he is the universe's gift to academic writing which we can assure him he is not. Rather, is a scourge upon the writing industry that needs to be removed if the academic writing world is to prosper in the future. Since we are all still here in the same business, then I can safely assume that his writing career was done away with sooner rather than later.

Amen! My brain wouldn't allow me to read past the first few lines of original post. Horrid, horrid writing. Certainly, if the poster has been writing since 2001, I'd like to know for whom so I can be sure to never refer a client there! Wow! I remain dumbfounded and the number of "seasoned" writers who can't put together a simple sentence.

Also, is it just me or does the text message jargon bother anyone else? If you are a professional writer, I cannot see why in the world you'd ever post like a teen in a rush.

Or maybe that is just the way u like 2 do it (<--- dripping sarcasm there).

The text jargon definitely bothered me. It is important for these teens to realize that in the real world, in the world outside of their social media clusters, professionals still use words to communicate with one another. I sincerely doubt that the time will come when the likes of Warren Buffet would use a series of emiticons to communicate with his top brass people. Although, I have yet to see how Mark Zuckerberg communicates with his people internally. He being one of the advocates of emoji communication that is. If he can manage to run a business without using words to communicate with his employees, I'll buy up some FB stock. Hahaha !

I wonder what sort of profession the OP actually ended up in later on. His language does not lend itself to the formality of the academic writing styles that English based institutions use. He did not display any writing skills that would have given the readers any confidence or trust in his post. He had nothing going for him in this post except bravado. Which does not mean he should be paid well for his skills. If anything, it should have dissuaded the students and companies that frequent this site from hiring him.

I'm going to take a wild guess that it didn't involve writing.
