Yes, I was desperate and I contacted these lowlifes thinking they might be able to write a portion of a paper I needed. Of course, it was not until I placed the order did I come across this site and realized what a mistake I made.

Long story short, I got the paper when promised and it remotely resembled what I asked for but....THE WHOLE PAPER WAS PLAGERIZED! I ran it through a plagiarism program I have and it came up clean but since I had already been doing some research, I recognized some of the content.

They played with the formatting so it would come through as clean, but aside from recognizing some of the content, the program I used also said there were 900+ vocabulary errors. When I spell checked, it was giving me some funky stuff. I hand typed some of the sentences, fed them into Google search and viola!

The whole paper was plagiarized (and not very well) plus none of the sources cited were legitimate. I'm contacting my cc company and backing out the charge. I've learned my lesson. Aren't there any writing services out there that are on the up & up?

This is the same company in Pakistan that lost the lawsuit to SNR. In order to "hide" their blatant copyright infringements, they intentionally search-and-replace certain letters ("A," "S," "T," etc.) in the English alphabet with equivalent-LOOKING characters from the ancient Cyrillic alphabet. The characters LOOK the same to human eyes, but search engines interpret the Cyrillic characters as unrecognizable entities. Therefore, when a customer pastes into Google a random selection of text from the delivered paper, Google displays "Your search did not match any documents."



These crooks think that they are clever, but I'll always be more clever. Hence, I will continue to expose them.

I imagine if you can refer your cc company to the plagiarized sources, getting a refund shouldn't be a problem at all.

Yes, every company that I write for is totally legitimate. Writers are individuals and you might like the work of certain ones better than others; that's why they allow you to request specific writers (and why I always suggest sticking with the same one after you get a good essay). They're also human (mostly), and sometimes get sick, have family problems, or screw up deadlines, but probably a lot less than the average professional person does at jobs where you don't deal with juggling short overlapping deadlines constantly. They also track our missed deadlines every month.

I guess it's against the rules to list the companies I write for but it's not too hard to figure it out. I'm not saying they're necessarily "better" than any other legitimate company simply because I know nothing about any other companies besides whatever I've read here. All I know is if you order a paper from any company I write for, you always get what you paid for unless nobody takes the paper, in which case you get a 100% refund. If the writer makes mistakes, you get a rewrite within 48 hours and usually much sooner. By all means, post any truthful complaints about any company right here; if you form an opionion that a particular company (or person) is legitimate and honest and not a scam in any way, I think you're allowed to post that too, but I'm not really sure.

Beware - I bought a paper from academicwritinghelp.com and it was total crap. It was 97% plagerised. When I requested a revision - the only revision was changing a few words and using find/replace to change "many" to "numerous". And, of course there is no refund - only another revision. Avoid this service like the plaque.

You're definitely entitled to a refund and need to pursue it. You have two options:
1) contact your credit card company (assuming that it was a CC payment) and request a CHARGEBACK. Tell them that the service/good ordered was not delivered. If through PayPal, do the same.

2) take a look your payment receipt - who's their payment processor? If you can find that out, all you need to do is contact them, report the vendor as fraudulent and cite the order # as it appears on the receipt.

Kami--WRT is right. The only real problem here is that you have a 97% worthless paper. You should definitely be able to get your money back. Good luck with the paper.

The site is based in Pakistan. It's owned by the same people who lost 555 of their original essay sites due largely to stealing intellectual property from thousands of innocent parties around the world.

kami, i'm sorry to hear your experience man... You know, when I got my paper from them, I was ********** because I got an email from my prof with instructions asking me to Turn It In... I went to turnitin.com and I realized I can't even submit any senior friend's paper! but I was close to the deadline and afraid I'd fail the module, so I took a chance. Thankfully I ended up with a B+ in the paper otherwise I was screwed... what's more, the paper was worth 40% of the weightage - I don't think I would've passed the module if the weightage was less. But I was so scared I promised myself I'd always work ahead of time. There was no good reason for me to wait till the last moment. Ideally I shouldn't have to get other people to write the paper for me. But I can be such a lazy arse... Bleagh.

And I was considering using their service again for some office work that requires internet research when I came across this thread and decided to share my experience to see what you guys say after hearing about it.

can you recommend some other website that is not a scam? I need demographical data specific to a few states from multiple sources...

What percentage was truly plagiarized? Are you sure these weren't referenced materials? You admit to having done some research, hence your familiarity with the source information. Maybe you were mistaken? This claim is conflicting. It appears that there is a big possibility that not the whole paper was plagiarized and you exaggerated the claim. The percentage of cut and paste or cited work in the paper should meet a certain standard or ratio before the whole paper can be considered plagiarized.

There are many ways to plagiarize without literally copying the exact words from a source. I've seen plenty of plagiarized work where students (and people who call themselves "writers") simply plagiarize all of the ideas from a source but rewrite them in their own words, or in sufficiently-different words to pass an automated scan without getting flagged for similarity. Plagiarism scanners only recognize combinations of words, not ideas. I've seen essays in which the student (or whoever wrote it) paraphrased all of the ideas from a single source (and in the exact same order in which those ideas appeared in that source). Usually, they "cite" those points randomly from whatever sources they list in their Bibliography and they purposely don't list the one source from which they really lifted all of their material. As often as not, they make it really easy to catch this, because the source that generates all of their falsely-cited material is one of the very first sources that pops right up when you do the simplest Google search for the project or assignment key words. Because they usually don't even bother to lift material from more than one source and because they usually regurgitate point after point in the exact order that those points appear in that source, they can't really deny it any more than they can deny literally copying from sources word for word when they're caught doing that.

There is no need to worry about the fraudulent activities of this website at the moment. The site is under construction and tells the visitors that the site is "coming soon" without any indication of when "soon" might be. My guess is, "soon" will not be "soon" enough. They are waiting for the publicity about this company to simmer down and be forgotten before coming back to the business. Their identity was just so negative, it was difficult for them to stay in play. They took the site down to cool off. Why they did not rebrand the company is beyong me. Rebranding and killing the original domain name would have been a lot simpler than waiting things out.
