my bank told me they are from delaware, a place in U.S.

You'll find a lot of overseas companies registering businesses in Delaware, because it's one of few places that makes it so easy:

"A Delaware Limited Liability Company may be fully owned by non-resident aliens."

From: us-llc-for-non-residents-of-the-usa-incorporate-llc-in-us.offshore-companies.co.uk/delaware/llc_in_delaware/

Also, if an offshore company is based Delaware, they won't have to pay any tax on their income because it's overseas.

In addition, the copy reads like an ESL writer has written it, as a lot of it is awkwardly phrased.

If they were based in Delaware, US why would they use a .co.uk domain name?

I'll tell you why, because UK domain names allow you to hide your real name and address for free on the WHOIS records:

" The registrant is a non-trading individual who has opted to have their
address omitted from the WHOIS service. "

Non trading individual, huh?

If they're British (as the site claims) why wouldn't they register their company in GB? It's really easy to do, if you're British of course ;-)

Does the person on the phone sound British, or even American?

i'm totally confused now.

i found there is also a quite similar website thesisdom.com
I think these two are together.

The man on the phone, i'm totally sure that not a british, american?? not sure.

oh, i just search their domain name, which shows it is registered on Cayman Islands.....??? but the ip address is from U.S.

ohhhhh, what this kind of website is????

Listen, cjberyl, I already told you the facts. If you don't believe me, continue with your order. You will get no sympathy here after returning to tell us that the document is completely plagiarized.

hi, WritersBeware, i call them to cancel the order right now. They refuse to do so, saying they've already began the search and work and if i want, they can send me the first chapter now. I refuse and said i didn't want to see anything, and i have not seen anything, and just want to cancel it now!!!

Then they said if i cancel now, they can only give me a half refund, since they've already working on it!!!
I don't want to waste words again, just end the call and contact with my bank.
Since the payment is still pending status, the bank said they can do the dispute after it's posted.

OOOHHHHH, it's really a scam!!!!!! Everyboday should never use this website!!!!!

Don't bother dealing with them directly, as that will get you nowhere. Simply file the dispute with your bank.

cjberyl, there is no guarantee taht your paper will come back plagiarized or unusable. In fact, you haven't even had a look at the first chapter yet are already over the roof crying for a refund. You are clearly disadvantaged here, and I suggest you recognize that early enough. Why don't you get them to show you the first the first chapter, then after that you can start claiming a refund if you find it appropriate to do so. I am not endorsing the company, I just want you to act realistically, not on the spur of the moment. Anyway, its your thesis and your money, but I would strongly urge you to be prudent because I have seen a number of similar stories with happy endings.

Bam bam, unlike my comments, yours are not based on knowledge of, facts about, or experience with the company behind the site(s). I have thoroughly investigated that "company," reviewed literally HUNDREDS of complaints about its dozens of different sites over the years, and read US District Court documents outlining its fraudulent practices. Please stop taking unreasonable chances with other people's money.

hi, after disputing with my bank, i send this website an email to restate my demand to cancel my order in written. Till now, about five hours passed, no response from them.

I totally believe that they're a scam now. I just hope my bank can get my money back. I'm only glad that I pay them with credit card, not checking account, then I can do this dispute now.

great speculation!

when other people have already taken the chance they might as well go ahead with it and see what comes out of it. if the product purchased is a non-plagiarized paper and cjberyl gets a plagiarized one, then she can certainly dispute the payment with her credit card company.

i am not highly convinced of this as 100% 'fact' (it's not that easy for me WB), but i think there's a 60-70% chance that WritersBeware is deceiving most of the people here since he's actually promoting a company very subtly, and it's most likely *********. this is based on my speculation of his comments in many threads around here.

thesisdom is probably legit because it seems to be related to dissertationdom (maybe they're just link exchangers - whatever they're called), and i can personally vouch for dissertationdom because i used to work for them as a freelance writer.

WritersBeware, what does "(DHA)" mean?

If they were based in Delaware, US why would they use a .co.uk domain name?

I run a concierge service online and we have a .co.uk domain that somehow gets more attention of American customers as compared to the .com one. When you run a business, you can waste time in the 'why' but if you are successful, it is mostly because you focus on the 'how'.

Don't bother dealing with them directly, as that will get you nowhere.

Dude, we hate the customers that don't cancel their order with us first, with proper reasons. It's rude, and without proper procedure, even the bank will have trouble processing your request, although it is possible.

You might receive a good paper. Please don't worry.

Okay, maybe worry just a little bit and try to get a better writer by reducing the time limit. See, if you request for your content to be written in 5 hours, say, well, expect shoddy work... But what I usually do when I outsource content writing work to puretermpapers is that I give them extra time, and since I am a returning customer, I always get a better writer and it is never shoddy. My customers are happy = I am happy = no chargebacks = good conversion

The jig is up. There is now no doubt as to your intentions and purpose in this forum.

Both of those sites (and their related sites) are 100% fraudulent, with an extensive track record of blatant plagiarism and intellectual property theft. Why are you so insistent on convincing people to order from them? Hmmm, I wonder . . . .

hi, as a freelance writer, i want to know that do you contact with your customer? because I never get response from them what ever I email them.

I only get response from them on live chatting and when i call them.

I gave them a call to cancel my order, and also email them i want to cancel the order, and also use the feedback on my account to say i want to cancel my order, but they gave me no response.

They just keep sending emails to me for a payment, each time i receive such email, i reply back that i want to cancel the order. Now, I have told them five times that i want to cancel my order, but no response....

i went to my account and found that the order shows writer has wrote more than 1o,ooo words, just fit pat of what i've paid. To tell the truth, i don't believe they can do more than 10,000 in these few days, since my topic is not that easy to do.

My bank still shows my payment to them is pending.
I doubt if they know I've asked them several times that i want to cancel the order?

I have made my order at another website, with a much higher price, but writer email me and ask me questions. I hope I can get a good paper here.

I read some posts on this forum, WB did attack many websites, but for me, I want to thank him, this thesisdom is not reliable, just want to cheat people with a lower price.

I never think they can do more than 10,000 in 3 or 4 days, since I myself actually have already spent much time on this topic and I understand the degree of difficulty quite a lot.

Shame on you for having worked for such an illegitimate company yet still claiming it to be legit!

Which one do you work for now essaydom, assignmentdom, courseworkdom???

You need to read my thread and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. It's already been discovered that dissertationdom isn't legit.

Remind us know where dissertationdom is located?

I only get response from them on live chatting and when i call them.

Keep trying them, you're bound to get half a refund or something. Goodluck :)

Good for you, sharon! As you have probably realized by now, julieng1983 is an agent of the fraudulent "dom" network of sites, which is why she is so desperate to convince people to open their wallets.

ThesisDom.com any useful information?

Has anyone ever heard of ThesisDom.com? If so, is this a scam company? I have been trying to find a thesis-writing company and they all seem to be fraudulent so far. Thanks.

Its a scam site. Read through it and you spot so many mistakes regarding the grammar. Scam sites are also well known for their flashy remarks ie as thesisdom say "No writer in our circle holds less than a PhD"

They refuse to do so, saying they've already began the search and work

Yep, that is the trademark of the scam companies. They claim to have already started the work so they cannot refund your payment anymore or, you will receive only a partial refund, which is never going to come. You should have listened to the earlier warnings and not proceeded to place an order with that company. There are just some students who are beyond help. So when the inevitable happens, all we can say is; "We told you so!"

Two more bite the dust. The former a Pakistani writing company no longer in business. The latter, who knows what the Chinese characters are spelling out. All that matters is that neither company can do any more harm to unsuspecting students. How and why they went out of business no longer matters, just that they are out of business.
