Now the nightmare has been begun. I am being threatened by this company now that the legal team of the company will reach out to my institute to report my academic misconduct when asking for a refund. They don't even have my institute name, email, and my real name, because I didn't provide them and they are saying will report everything to my institute.

I paid $594 USD in total for my paper. first, they didn't deliver it on time. I placed my order on 9th October and was due on 23 October and they delivered plagiarized/incomplete work on 6 December after almost one month. I had to apply for an extension.

What should I do? I am freaking out. Am I wrong here because I asked for a refund?

I want to warn everyone, don't fall into this site trap. ? the following email I received today:

Subject: AMUK-12638 - URGENT WARNING

Hello Neil,

I hope you are doing fine.

This is to inform you that we are constantly receiving spamming and threats from your side on whastapp and live chat.

In case of any further messages, you will be directly reported in the authorities. We have enough details (your card details, your university details) to proceed with the complaint as our legal team is already involved in this matter.

Regarding your concerns, Your work is NOT plagiarized. We have sent you the plagiarism report, attached again.

You are not eligible for any refund and in case of claiming from your side, we will end an email to your university directly with each and every details of yours.

This is not a threat but a polite email so that you can stop these tactics of getting money and work both.

Best Regards

Carol

Just ignore them. Don't argue with them or even bother responding at all. You never submitted the work for credit and there's no such thing as "attempted academic dishonesty." If anybody ever asks you about it, (which is very unlikely), you ordered a model project to help you understand how to write your own project. Just block their email address and don't worry about it.

The email you received is a template. The content is standard and establishes the start of blackmailing you more than anything else. Since you never gave them real data aside from payment details, ignore them. Proceed with the refund request. In response to their letter, have your lawyer respond to it. It will be a one time expense on your part but will be worth it to shut thwm up. They don't have a legal team owing to the structure of their business. So receiving an email letter head notification from your lawyer will do wonders in removing what you perceive to be a threat.

The company servers are actually located in Nuremberg, Bavaria, Germany. It is not located in the UK at all. It is not even located in a dominion or commonwealth republic. It is situated in a non-UK related country. Now, while I did say that I admire how they hire their writers, and knowing that the servers are at least located in Europe, I cannot help but continue to wonder about the actual location of the company. While their writer pairing process for orders is admirable, these do not prove that the company is actually based in the UK and that it is run as a legitimate physically based in the UK business.
