Has anyone ever used Prodigy Term Paper Lab?

Like everyone else I have had some horrible experiences with writing services and have been researching all day. I really would like to find a service that uses only English speaking writers.

If anyone has used this service, please tell me about your experience; good or bad.

Thank you.

Prodigy Term Paper has their address listed as:

Prodigy Term Paper Lab, Academic Writing Assistance Agency, Miami, FL, United States
WritersBeware

WRITING FRAUD WARNING

As one can clearly see, that address belongs to a premium office building in which completely unfurnished offices command at least $25,000 per month. The likelihood that "Prodigy Term Paper Lab" truly resides in that building is virtually zero.

In reality, the site is directly associated with a spamming IP address (193.47.166.190) in Ukraine.

One more spamming IP from Ukraine:

93.74.19.219

Dear Writer Beware,

I urge you to stop making false accusations based on your personal assumptions. I know that your job is protecting clients from scams and fakes, however, you are making a big mistake this time. Google our website....not a single negative feedback. We have never cheated anyone - not a single person.

In regards to the "spamming IP" : do you know how many people around the world visit our website on daily basis? Hundreds of writers are willing to work through our website (as well as through any other academic writing website). We get traffic from everywhere. Another false accusation based on nothing!

Thank you and I hope we are not going to this issue back again.

Sincerely,

John, Prodigy Term Paper Lab

Hello, "John."

As a result of your faulty comprehension skills, almost certainly due to your ESL background, your post makes no sense.

Why are you using a FAKE name in order to fool people into thinking that you are "American."

Are you denying that your "American" address is fake?

Keep trying to further your deception, and things will only get worse for you.

We have never cheated anyone - not a single person.

You "cheat" people by LYING to them about your identity, location, experience, qualifications, etc. You see, in the United States, we actually have consumer protection LAWS against false advertising.

Morning!

I think you have serious personal problems sitting in this forum of yours and accusing sellers like me. Trust me, I would have never answered your filthy post, if I couldn't prove the sincerity of my words...

You see, in the United States, we actually have consumer protection LAWS against false advertising.

Are you serious? Who gave you the right to make statements like these?

I have done some research about your forum myself...Gosh...Let me begin with this:
"It looks like Essay fraud was stopped according to the decision of the court and was sold to another person. Now Russian Natasha aka WritersBeware, the owner of Research], will concentrate efforts on her another site - [b]to fool students.

Not enough? Not a problem! Here we go:
"Please INFORM yourselves:

This was the subject of a message thread at ESSAY SCAM a few days ago.

So tell me:
independent fraud watch-dog organization??"

Man, this is something, huh? I would also suggest you check the attachment. Writers Beware...oops...please, accept my sincere apologies...I should use your real name "NATASHA". Natasha, please, stop trashing your competitors! This is against the American law.

Hope you have a pleasant day.

John.

Hello John,
Let's try to have a reasoned discussion here:

1) Your info is from a blog. I advise you to look up the case. Please note that the company in question was completely annihilated by the US courts (if you are, indeed, American I think you know that published US court rulings are much more reliable than foreign blogs). The court order was enforced and the company was taken down. Its sites, all 500+, of them were transferred to Research.

2) WB=Natasha=Amy=the Man in the Moon, has nothing to do with the price of tea in China. The question is whether or not the info provided is accurate. It is.

3) Essay scam is not Essay fraud and it is not Research Firm. It is owned by a different company and ES' owners have been very upfront about it. In fact, you won't even find them promoting their company here. Just try reading a little and you will discover that this forum is not Research and it is not EF.org.

4) Instead of responding to the points raised, you chose to simply regurgitate rumors. Why?

5) Your company has been linked to a spamming Ukranian IP - you did not respond to that point. What has that got to do with anything? I have writers from all over the world and their logging onto our site does not lead to our being linked to their IP's. Question: why are you linked to an Ukrainian IP? Again - this has nothing to do with site visitors, customers or writers.

Dear WRT (sorry, I don't know your name),

Let's try to have a reasoned discussion here:

I am trying to stop the 'you-know-who' dirty messaging. As I said before, she/he is making false accusations backed up by nothing except for this 'spamming IP' thing. Frankly, I have no idea what this is as I am neither a technician, nor a PC guru. Needless to say, I have already informed our tech department about this issue and they are working on it. We are NOT located in Ukraine (or whenever this IP address comes from); we work primarily with US, Canadian, British, and Australian writers. We do have writers of other nationalities, including Denmark, Sweden, and some others. BUT, our clients can actually choose a writer before making an order. Our company is officially registered in GB (with all necessary Companies House documentation) with a representation office in America. I am not giving you any more details, since I am not the owner of the company.

1) The info I provided is from the web. Apparently, your forum is not purely American either, so what difference does it make?

2) Well, she/he accused me of using a fake name. Unlike, Natasha, I am using my real name. What's her next step? Asking me to scan my SS? This is absurd...

3)I have better things to do rather than reading this forum. No offense...

4) Mainly because WritersBeware aka Natasha , misinformed our potential customer (oakie299). How is that possible? Moreover, she straightforwardly accused our company of lying. My next step was doing a research on WritersBeware and this forum. Are you trying to say that all the information posted is not true?

Essayscam.org Traffic - A pure "American" firm?

You do know that traffic has nothing to do with a website's nationality, don't you? If there were any relationship between the two, then:

If you are particularly religious, "Other" would be the Sin Eater and if you believe in alien life form, could well be the Vulcans.

Are you trying to say that all the information posted is not true?

I am saying, please provide the evidence. Rumours and innuendoes are not persuasive. If you have the evidence to disprove:

1) that ES is owned by Research

2) that WB is American, please post it. People have been going on about WB=Natasha for years. Surprisingly, none have ever posted any type of evidence.

3) that Writers obliterated Research, rather than vice-versa, please tell us.

As far as I can see, you are only repeating rumors which fly in the face of facts.

I wouldn't care even if your office was located on the outskirts of Cairo. My goal is for your representatives to stop making assumptions. After more than an year of practice, this is the first time I have to actually prove my nationality, the location of our company, and defend myself. Why? Because an anonymous user of this forum is bringing questionable and abusive charges? Nonsense...

Whose representatives? Not mine, as I am connected to none of the mentioned companies :)

My point is simple, actually:
1) It does not matter where a company is located as long as
a) it is upfront about it
b) owner nationality corresponds with company nationality (place of incorporation), for reasons of legal accountability
2) It does not matter if a company hires highly qualified ESL writers as long as it is upfront about it
3) Legitimate companies should not throw mud at each other but need to work together to push out the scammers

In other words, were you a Vulcan and your company registered in a different galaxy, it would not matter as long as customers are given the relevant facts.

Our company is officially registered in GB (with all necessary Companies House documentation)

I found this rather curious. Why register in the UK if you are an American?

Now with regards to the `spamming IP' issue, I have a comment. A few months back, and for less than a week, we were linked to a spamming IP. Upon investigation, we discovered that it was the SEO company we hired. Of course, we fired them on the spot. The point here is simple - none of us are infallible but we should admit it when there is something wrong, investigate and correct. We should not come up with excuses.

Not mine, as I am connected to none of the mentioned companies :)

Good for you!

- well, we are rather upfront with everything we offer: we offer an opportunity to choose a writer from a given list, so every client can select a writer of any nationality.

- The owner is British that is why the company is registered in Britain.

- I was not throwing mud at any company...I only responded in a defensive way.

I found this rather curious. Why register in the UK if you are an American?

I am an employee. The question has been answered earlier in the post.

I appreciate your concern. I can't say that I am a PC dummy, but I've never heard of this "spamming IP" thing. We will certainly investigate this.

Hey, John, now that you seem to be done with regurgitating idiotic nonsense from a foreign blog post, why don't you directly answer the questions.
