They specifically applied this penalty to their copywriters who felt that the company was mistreating them by paying 100% of the order cost this month then, deducting the same amount the next month dueto " client dissatisfaction". no further explanations were provided even as the writer tried to clarify and understand whey he was not going to receive a whole 2 weeks or months worth of salary, often even owing the company money in the process.

Last I heard, both companies were having difficulties fulfilling their order commitments because they were being strict about writer credentials in relation to client writing requirements. They were causing themselves more harm than good buy over-vetting their writers per project, and still assigning the wrongor unqualified writers in the process. Withholding writer access to the complete server line up is their undoing. The process prevents potentially qualified writers from accessing the orders. Leaving the writers frustrated with the order assignment process, forcing them to abandon working with the company. Neither company can be relied on, niether is authentic in dealing with clients either.
