Hi everyone, this is an essay in women's leadership program in USA. The questions that I should answer are:
Tell us about yourself and goals including this: what about your background or interests makes you a competitive for this program? What you will you contribute to the group? How you think this experience affect your academic, professional career, and personality? What you mostly like to share with the Americans about your country?
There is no specific number of words, but I wrote 290 word is this good or too much. This is my 3 draft after a lot of brainstorming and searching. So please I really need your review and opinion on the essay.

Increase my knowledge far beyond the four walls of my classroom has always my motivation.therefor, I begun search for every chance to enhance my knowledge, capabilities, and leadership skills. Participating in volunteer activities, learning greek and german languages, develop my drawing and fashion design skills, and reading books in history and physiology had strongly shaped my personality. When I decided to study Archaeology It was my first step towards my bigger goal, which is save the humans civilization and protect countries' history from any distraction or negations.
My highest aspiration is to one day occupy a decision - making position in the framework of the UNESCO, ideally as the ambassador of country to the UNESCO. As well, I would bring my knowledge of history as an archaeologist to susi county, where I will be joining the D.C conference and meet inspirational women's leader, by discussing the country women role through the history until 2011 revolution and her significant role in it.
Further I will support the other global women's movements around the world by engaging other girls with it/them into taking actions and raise the awareness of an equal opportunities for every girl im my community. In addition, expanding my intellectual horizons, exploring new culture and build lifelong friendships will undoubtedly advance my international interest as a worker in heritage protection. The program is my desire to receive an academic training that will challenge in the leadership and self - efficiency training from leading institution in America. That will asset me academically and professionally to achieve my career goals.
Finally, I would love to share my country history and reveal / show to the other participants of ancient pharos' secrets and language, which has been a mystery for many people.
