I should've known this forum b4 I ordered.

I ordered two papers that are due tomorrow @ bestessays.com

I got the link for the papers, but the links doesn't work, and their webpage, bestessays.com isn't accessible.

I tried to access from everywhere, friends' places, computer lab at school. still they are not accessible.
am I being scammed?

anyone knows their customer service phone number because e-mails from them doesn't provide their phone number.

I actually tried to call them, but after someone started talking in broken English, I just hang up because I was afraid that whatever I say would be recorded and used against me.

Thanks.

thanks for your help, humble.

the first paper, 8hours after deadline was passed, I got an e-mail with attachments when I paid for 6hours rush.

the second one, I extended deadline, but I was able to download it 5 hours later.
the paper doesn't meet my requirements either, so I requested revision.

Plus, no one sounds to care about being passed the deadline, and keeps saying " we are unable to pull up your account. can you call back about a hour later?"

what the...

Just because (due to technical difficulties) a website is temporarily down doesn't make it "fraud".

Yea it doesn't. It only highlights how they treat their customers. They should have informed their customers about the problem. Too many red flags to ignore.

It's impossible if the server goes down. Just like you cannot use a phone when the phone line is down.

Okay so they need to improve their IT infrastructure as well. Use multiple servers and create online and offline backups.

Do you have a stake there?

Okay so they need to improve their IT infrastructure as well. Use multiple servers and create online and offline backups.

You clearly have little idea how web servers work. When your power goes off due to a tree landing on the wires - is it the fault of the 'poor road infrastructure' or maybe the fault of the nature?

Google should improve their IT infrastructure as well: reviewsaurus.com/web-applications-reviews/google-servers-are-down-right-now-in-india/. But maybe you know any perfect the IT infrastructure?

Lame excuses. It is not about the problems it is about how the company handles them. Google in the first place is a free service. They have no obligation what so ever in this regard, yet they are courteous enough to inform. They have servers all over the world, if one is down you can access another. You have little idea about traffic routing.

Spam Essays- There are power back-up solutions

- There are offline data back-up solutions

- At worst-case scenario, there could be a simple information placed about website issues OR a message posted on a social media site.

I agree, one can not defeat the nature, we certainly can try to stand till we can.

I really have no idea what happened to bestessays, if you have please share.

Do you have a stake there?

some time we will face the problem of getting the completed order. We will expect the assignment to be completed on time, last movement we need to do it our own, of course they will refund the money, but the sevice on which we are depending is cheating us

Site is legit for non-English students; out of all frauds out there - that site is the only one you can trust if you don't mind taking a risk. They have "money back" policy.

Good luck)

No surprise you got screwed. I tried bestessays and ukessays and both of them let me down. I eventually found a good site no im not going to say what site other than they advertise here but if you want my advice it takes trial and error to find a good one and sadly some of these posts are not very helpful because its full of people screaming at each other! x

[Moved from]: bestessays.com and besttermpaper.com now impersonating innocent webmasters

Wow:

Best Essays Spam

I've started to note a particularly nasty kind of spam for the Best Essays website. They don't only add links to the wiki pages. At first they posted entire new pages that are on the topic of writing essays to CommunityWiki. But lately they've been using my username (!) to make edits. I assume they're trying to sidestep peer review. I've just silently rolled back any changes they made, but today I saw another edit using my username, and when I investigated I found how they had experimented with the rollback function themselves and linked to an old revision containing a spam link to Best Term Papers. There must be real humans at work.

The evidence continues to build . . . .

Trust to do what?? When I can easily spot the grammatical errors on the front page of a website selling writing services, that's a RED FLAG. When I find that EVERY ONE of the writing samples provided need editing (in a BIG way), I begin to suspect fraud. When I contact the 24/7 customer support chat, and the guy can't speak anything approximating proper English, I know that this site is absolutely worthless.

Disproving each of these "facts" would be difficult if not impossible, but the fact that they are all written in garbled ESL should tell you everything you need to know.

Cowards . . . . Hmmm, perhaps somebody should just quote all of it in text format? Then we can conduct an in-depth investigation of each claim.

I'm sorry for students who freely give out their personal and financial information to Europe-based websites not actually located in the European Union zone. Ukraine is the Nigeria of Europe as far as illegal activities are concerned.

These two companies have turned the act of non-refunding their clients for sloppy work into an art form. They truly take the cake. I have heard of clients who have filed for refunds, forcing the company to do an "internal" investigation, which then results in "no refunds", months after constantly being followed up by the client. They are a scam. Do not believe their 80% approval rating. They made that up. Paid for the survey and everything.

Be advised that there is no absolutely no way bestessays.com.DND has been in business for 25 years. They made up information to make them seem more legitimate and experienced in the business than they actually are. Their writer count is a joke as well. Figures up on their website are definitely pulled out of thin air and are a figment of their imagination. They only manage to stay in business because they keep the money they refuse to refund their clients.
