I placed an order to get a research paper done. They make B.S claims on their site. They went past the deadline and make nice excuses. I paid about $200 and am waiting for a refund as they DID NOT deliver my paper. Have eaten up my $200 bucks!!!

This is the super B.S response I got from this site. Any way to get to them and get my money back?

[You'll get your refund, and we're not fraud. The person responsible in
issuing the refund is not here at the moment when she gets back she will
resolve it in your interest.

I think the main issue not just about refund, is the deadline that have to commit to complete the job.
I don't know why writer take the job and don't want to complete it sometime...

anyway, I hope your case solved.

Hi everyone, I am new to this forum. I just made an order with uk.bestessays.com[DND*] for a 9000 words dissertation with 7 days deadline. I have the proposal already, and wanted the writer to fully follow everything in the proposal, especially the structure part and all the references mentioned. The order is completed on the deadline, but it didn't fully follow my proposal, as I instructed it to be. I asked for revision, and even after revision the paper still didn't suit my requirements.

Write RefundThe customer service agent then assigned me to a 2nd writer. This is where the problem majorly lies. The agent said that the writer will be able to rewrite the dissertation in 4 days, I agreed to it. But it turns out that the writer keep asking for extensions (5 times) and up until today I still haven't receive anything. He is now asking for the 6th extension. I don't know when he will complete my order..

But I think not everyone has problem with this website, because my boyfriend and his friend got their order completed and in good quality.

I received the completed paper today (after 6 deadline extensions) and the quality of the English language that the writer used is clearly not a first class standard (as I ordered it to be).

Here are some of the examples that the writer made:
"We have two kinds of debt financing,; Mezzanine debt and Senior debt." -- I don't know who he meant by "we" in this sentence.

"...since there always other outstanding loans, should be given a priority in case of any default."
"In debt financing, we have a number of the debts available. Some of these debts include; commercial financing, subsidized loans, bond financing credit enhancement etc." -- Again, I don't know who he meant by "we" here.

I spoke to their customer service and they offered me a 15% refund for the time difference. I am requesting them to also refund part of the money I paid because of the unsatisfactory quality of the paper. They have forwarded my request to the Quality Assurance Dept and will let me know in 24-48 hours. I am now waiting for their answer/decision.

After many long discussions with the customer service agent, they finally decided to refund 80% of order. I have already received those money back in my account. From my experience, I can tell that uk.bestessays.com[DND*][DND*] is not a fraud (because they return my money) but their writers are incapable of providing an essay that match my order.

Thank god i saw this before i put the order. Couldn't expect a decent paper from a Russian student claiming to be a Harvard-PhD.

Total BS ! It doesn't take long to send a refund. As long as it is justified, it should be refunded. The person in charge may be on vacation, but should be on call for these types of emergencies. Or, someone else should be in charge during that time. They don't want to return the money. They are using every excuse they can to stop you from getting the refund. That makes them what? A definite scam !

If they have to assure you their company is not a fraud, you should believe that they are. Specially in this business where you do not know whom or if you can truly trust a company or person. The spin they tried to place on the refund does not make sense. They had absolutely no intention of giving a refund. They just wanted to string the OP along, hoping he would eventually give up on the refund claim.
