so, yesterday out of curiosity i checked the order i made 2 years ago form a site (should i say the name?

i mean it's already on your lists), i downloaded it again and googled the first paragraph only to find that exactly the same essay (title also) was being resold on another site.

so i attached the conversation i had with "live help" yesterday. Its in a word document because i didnt know how to take screenshots.

at some point you will see the list of violations, that is when you ask for a revision and have to fill in a form.

The only question about the atrocious web copy on their website is whether it's attributable to having been written by an ESL writer (most likely from India) or just a really terrible NES writer.

Their copy is written based on a series of keywords that were designed to maximize its search engine position. I read the content of the site and immediately spotted at least 17 keywords that were assigned to the writer. The idea being that the writer will integrate the keywords into his writing, regardless of whether the insertion will make sense to the reader. The keyword priority is what made the writing choppy and horrible. It doesn't necessarily mean that the person who wrote the blurb was terrible at the job or that he is an ESL writer. It just means that the instruction was for him to use all the keywords several times in the presentation, regardless of the final quality of his work. The atrocious writing made his client happy. That was the only aim of the writer.
