Cannot cancel order with essaywriter.co.uk

Is there anybody tried this company before?I places my order on yesterday, and paid half of my payment immediately by bank transfer(they told me there gonna be 4% charger if I paid by credit card.)...when I tried to cancel my order today(juse several hours after my payment). they told me it's impossible to give me a refund even the writer has done nothing....I can't get through to them..always busy..no reply via email as well...is there anybody could tell me about this company?I'm so worried about my dissertation............

i've called the number so many times and all it was always a voicemail recording..it drive me crazy..

I sorted it out now, no problems their mail went to my junk folder so i didnt know it arrived... because im a new customer i always worry, especially reading things on websites.. They are kind to me and discuss my order, now im feeling much better. i also spoke on phone to their manager who reassure me.

Also its better to pay for half the work then later they will send me half and i can check the quality before paying more.. :0)

I ordered a 31 pages paper from this site and they have first given me a horrible paper; full of grammatical mistakes and broken sentences and then they have deducted 30% of my payment. This is ridiculous! I asked the reason of charging 30% for nothing, and they told me that this is their sites policy, damningly ********! How cruel it is that first you are first going to make fake claims and then you charged 30% of it, if your claims proven to be bogus.

And then I uploaded my own paper to let them know that the paper written by their writer is ''Gllorious"; God they don't have any writer / editor to check the quality of papers they produced. They just checked it whether it has passed plagiarism or not, let alone the other important things the essay must contain.

Anyhow, this site is totally a scam, its running by those who even don't know how to write an essay. I am really depressed by such pathetic service they are providing.

So stop calling them. This is precisely the reason why paying by bank transfer is never a good idea. You cannot file a chargeback through this transfer process. You should have realized that there was a problem when they told you they were going to charge you 4% extra for a card payment. Maybe you did not know that extra charges tacked onto credit card transactions is against the law? The cash price is the same as the card price. They cannot add charges unless you are paying on an installment basis, which the writing companies do not agree to.

Why do students keep hiring this company? Their website continues to mislead students into thinking that a leading UK newspapers has actually endorsed their services, which cannot be further from the truth. No respectable newspaper will ever endorse a company that deals in questionable academic practices. The newspaper could file a negative article about them, but never a positive one. A newspaper will never agree to be an accomplice in a scam. That is what this company is running, regardless of the polish of their website. They say exactly what the students wish to hear, but their words can never be taken as an assurance of receiving quality work or, receiving the work at all.

Did you call their representative?

@Kivito what part of the explanation of the poster did you not understand? He tried to call them, the line was always busy. He tried to reach out via email, no response either. It is their lack of client service that led the OP to this forum. Did you even read the full thread before posting this idiotic question?
