Hi,
Due to illness I missed a lot of lectures this term and have especially struggled with one particular module, the subject of which I had no previous knowledge of. With a deadline looming I decided to use money that I can't really afford to to buy a paper.
I figured that if I ordered 1500 words I could then rewrite it to 3000 incorporating my own opinions.
So.... I ordered said paper from Customwritings.com, what ensued was draining and I really wish I hadn't bothered. I rejected 4 drafts because they actually didn't make sense, then I requested a change of writer which I was given. After another 3 drafts I had something I could work with and so I approved the order so I would have a word copy to edit.
After I had elaborated on the paper and put it into my own words to avoid plagiarism I emailed it to my tutor as a draft before submission.
My tutor has emailed me back and said that he has no idea what I am talking about and he has never received such a piece of writing off me that is incorrect factually as well as not being structured properly. He said that if I submitted it he would struggle to give me 10%
I then had 24 hours to rewrite from scratch which I couldn't do and so I now have to submit late and my mark will be capped at 40%
I contacted customwritings.com and explained this to them and they said that it was tough. His words were 'you approved the order and your tutor has taken longer than 7 days to reply to your draft, this is not our problem, we write for you not your tutor'
I asked to speak to his supervisor as it does say in the terms and conditions that a refund may be available at the companies discretion but he refused to give me contact details of anyone.
Do I need to just put this down to a terrible experience and lose £65 or does anyone know how I can get that money back?
Its a hefty sum for a student..... let alone a mature student with little mouths to feed!
