Custom-Writing.org from Ukraine now claims to be located in "California"

WritersBeware
Jun 12, 2008 | #1
I find it funny that Custom-Writing.org belittles other companies, while guaranteeing "US, UK" writers with "PhD and MBA" degrees:

custom-writing.org/online-essay

Custom-Writing.org also claims to be based in Sacramento, California in order to attract American customers who would otherwise have little to no interest in ordering their English language papers from an ESL, Ukrainian service. In reality, Custom-Writing.org is based in Kiev, Ukraine. On 10/12/2007, the owner/agent of Custom-Writing.org in Ukraine used bizfilings.com to remotely open a limited liability company (C.W. Assistance L.L.C.) online. Here's the proof, from the California Secretary of State:

kepler.ss.ca.gov/corpdata/ShowLpllcAllList?QueryLpllcNumber=20072 8610361

CW ASSISTANCE LLC

Number: 200728610361
Date Filed: 10/12/2007
Status: active
Jurisdiction: CALIFORNIA

Address:
UI BOGATURSKAYA 6/1 APT 145
KIEV 04210 UKRAINE, YY

Agent for Service of Process:

This is what Sherlock would refer to as "evidence."

In reality, this is only a judicial address of this company (Kyiv, Ukraine). This company is located in Donetzk (regional city in Ukraine).

Kyiv, BOGATURSKAYA 6/1 is located in suburbia of Kyiv. It is not even a business region
Photo of the "office" can be found at:

(This is a real estate site. I could find only this photo online)

Sorry, but for some reasons the link cannot be viewed by other users.

Hope, the photo attached will be available to you

Great!
How could anyone manage to click photos of these two employees. Must be an employee herself/himself i guess.
Young entrepreneurs, must say!
But are they succesful?

Yes, Baker_d

These young "frauds" are VERY successful in cheating writers and customers from all over the world.

Manada,

I understand that these two have managed to open remote companies, but how do they manage to attract clients?
I mean, the technical aspect of it. Is it simple or are these two software professionals or what?
I'm getting seriously interested in how all of this works!

"Upon information and belief" WB

Lol, your lawyer told you to add this 'disclaimer piece' every time you slander your competition?

Mind, it won't help ya when you are to face a defamation and slander lawsuit against these companies, the proof is here among the thousands of your previous slandering posts.

Am I supposed to be scared? Really? Bring it on, pal! I look forward to it! (FYI, you wouldn't be the first to make that dreaded, company-ending mistake.) Oh, and if you think that I post my best evidence in this forum, you'd be mistaken.

Gee, I wonder why Stewy showed up-after a long absence-about 5 minutes after I revived this particular thread.

Darn, what a shame-the State of California canceled their ever-so-honest corporation.

custom-writing.org canceled

There goes your "proofs" that the company is trying to hide from the American law.

the State of California canceled

Your biased imagination told you that "the State" cancelled? Where is your evidence that "The State of California canceled" it?

Your biased imagination told you that "the State" cancelled?

Understand the language. Are you claiming that an entity other than the State of California canceled it?

By the way, where's your evidence to assert any claim?

Oct 29, 2009 | #17
No, I just claim that the status is: canceled.

I see no other note that would prove your false point that the state of california cancelled it. The owners could cancel it themselves.
OP WritersBeware
Oct 29, 2009 | #18
Again, you do not understand the nuances of the language, which is why you have absolutely no "business" being in the American research industry. Genius: what entity canceled the corporation? The State of Maine? The Star Trek crew? Jiminy Cricket? Brett Favre?

The owners could cancel it themselves.

LMAO! You didn't take long at all to fall into my trap. Tell me-if the owner (i.e., you) voluntarily requested that the State of California cancel the corporation, why are you breaking the law by continuing to advertise a corporation that does not exist?

custom-writing.org illegal company

The claim of "direct contact with the writer" is another blatant lie. All contact goes through the message boards on the site, which are monitored by admin...the number of times I've attempted to contact customers but been denied by admin is huge.

LMAO! You didn't take long at all to fall into my trap.

That was easy. For the same reason why you (*********) intentionally and unlawfully HIDE the business address from the public.

Oct 29, 2009 | #21
LMAO! You're a f**king moron, but what's new? Everyone is well aware of *********'s location in New Jersey. The company provides that New Jersey address in its emails, and all of its writers receive checks from that New Jersey address. (Yeah, that's right-I actually conduct research before posting.)

Stewy, guess what: I'm coming after your illegal sites. You've screwed with the wrong person.

Not to mention the fact that I signed a legal contract with the company that also contained this address, and faxed it back to a NJ number (this latter isn't proof positive of course, given forwarding capabilities, but considering I have to pay US taxes on what I earn I think the address is fairly close to certain).

Everyone is well aware of *********'s location in New Jersey.

WRONG. If a client places an order he or she is not aware of the location.

Funny, the company you're trying to slander also provides the address and other legal information via email.

As a freelancer, you also receive a 1099, right? Isn't the company's New Jersey address on the 1099 form, as well?

I think it has to be....I honestly can't recall from last year (and I don't keep my paperwork organized the way I should).

WRONG. If a client places an order he or she is not aware of the location.

Sorry, but once again, you are WRONG. The company's main, physical address in New Jersey is clearly available on the site. The company's California mailing address is also available on the site. (FYI, they have a mailing address in California as a convenience to customers on the West Coast for whom it would otherwise take longer to ship materials and/or payment to the company's physical office in New Jersey.)

You lose-terribly-again. Please hit the closet bar in Kiev.

Wow, what a surprise. The fraudsters have cancelled their long-time LLC after having been exposed. They have also removed that fake, fraudulent, "American" address from their sites. Mission accomplished.

As Hillary Clinton once famously screamed "What does it matter???!!!" The companies continue to exist, the Ukrainian company owners still manage to exist by simply moving their business registrations all over the globe. The writers for the company somehow manage to get paid since they continue to be employed by the company/companies. What is the big deal? The only reason that the companies continue to exist is that they somehow manage to satisfy the client needs. That is all. End of discussion.

Well, the company has once again relocated. This time, the company headquarters is in Cyprus. By the way, the company has also placed a well advised disclaimer in their page that indicates that the service they provide is not disallowed by universities and colleges, provided the student only uses the model paper as a references in one or in all of the several ways they explain on their page. Oh, they also admit to having both ENL and ESL writers at this point. They encourage their clients to choose the writer based on their writing level I guess. I am glad that there is another essay company that is honest about what comprises their pool of writers. This is an emerging trend in the companies that seems to be slow in catching on, but is slowly being adopted, probably as a part of their best business practices.
