I recently had a horrible experience with customessays.co.uk

I've paid 120 pounds for a 2000 words essay. Inspite of promised 5 days deliver time, I finally got my work 12 days after placing order, 7 days late. And they think this is normal.

The end result, I was the only one in our class failed for this assignment, got 30, the next lowest mark in our class is in the 50th.

Although the website states that if a customer got a failed mark they would refund the whole amount, I was been told that this only applies within 7 days of receiving the assignment. Apparently you cant get the result from uni within 7 days. Even if you complain the quality of work within 7 days of receiving it, they would say that you got no prove, they see the work is satisfying. once you paid, that's it, doomed. total scammers! stay away with them

I wish I had found this forum earlier

I recently had a horrible experience with customessays.co.uk

When I used to write for Masterpapers, I remember revising the essays even after four months. Perhaps they make the students pay for the revision, and tell the writers to do it free! That is possible. I was unaware of any time constraint.

I left them yesterday - deactivated my account after 2 years and 8 months. i can confirm, through documentation, that:

Average English Competency1) A substantial number of their writers do not just speak and write poor English but hardly know the language (documentation is in the form of transcript exchanges between writers and customers)

2) plagiarism is rampant (documentation is in the form of essays I had picked up from other writers for the purposes of resolving the crisis - of course i also have proof that it was written by a masterpaper/customessay writer)

3) Members of Admin team (with the exception of Jessica, Sean, Lori, James and Melissa) hardly speak the English language. Therefore, when customers or writers correspond with them, it takes eons for them to understand the content of the message. As for resolving problems, forget it completely ... how can they when they do not even understand the language???

4) Employment is under false pretenses. Alex claims he is a member of the Admin team and claims that his name is Alex Wesson. He is actually a financial stakeholder in the company and his name, as you all know, is Alexey. I have transcripts of conversations with him (held yesterday) where he claims precisely that. Furthermore, I have the testimony of former Admin members regarding his true identity. Now, as you all know, the laws pertaining to employer-employee relations take a very strong position against the employer's misrepresenting his identity.

5) alex's awareness of the law is "excellent." Upon informing him that I was going to sue the company and will be using the services of one of the best litgation firms in the US and UK, he said that I was going to loose the case since one of my (as in me, not Alex) cousins was a Sr Partner at the firm. Apparently, his awareness of the law is such that he does not even know that lawyers may represent first-degree relatives but judges cannot sit in a court where the case being heard pertains to an acquaintance. The poor thing does not even now the difference between a Judge and a Lawyer.

By the way, I am proceeding in court against them and will be forwarding all relevant documentations, via my lawyers, to the FBI's internet action fraud division - misrepresentation of identity and all that.

Added to that, I will publish transcripts (hundreds of pages) of conversations pertaining to over 620 orders.

I make a good friend but a very bad enemy and Alex went over the top.

I will create tremendous legal problems for masterpapers and customessays.co.uk

Hmkhalek, I have quite a bit of concrete evidence against MasterPapers, and Academia-Research.com (some of which I have posted in this forum, and some of which I am "saving for a rainy day.") I would love to see your transcripts and other evidence. Please email me.

where should I email you? pls advise. Am reporting them to the FBI's Internet Fraud and Employer Fraud Divisions. What Alex never really considered was that some writers download the entire order transcripts upon completion of orders. I have the transcripts of every single message exchanged on over 620 orders, every single email exchange between Academia and myself, etc.

Considering my opponent knows zilch about the law (in our last exchange he said that my case will be thrown out of the court because my lawyer is a relative!), it'll be a joy to watch him blumber ad bluster.

I just sent this message to Academia-Research:

Following consultation with my attorneys, please be advised that, in addition to the orders which have not been paid for, I will proceed with the immediate internet publication of the following orders. I will exempt all orders which were due in the next payment cycle and which I willingly rescind payment for. Under existent copyright laws, all orders completed by me, belong to me. Ethically, however, only the orders which I have not been paid for are mine to do with as I wish:

167177

226491

211962 (second part only)

219632

202195 (I completed but despite multiple reminders, another writer was paid for it)

And countless others - were my messages ever really read, none of this would have transpired.

My decision is final and publication will be proceed via a leading copyright website, along with a statement pertaining to the origins of the published works.

You may inform Alex Wesson (Alexey) that he should have done his homework before challenging me to this point and beyond. All relevant documentary evidence (which he claimed I did not possess) will be (according to an arranged appointment) handed over to the FBI's Internet Fraud Unit and Employer Fraud Division (employers are not allowed to misrepresent their identity under existent laws). He should not have challenged me to prove my position and Academia should not have disrespected me.

My friend tells me to post here that she too has left Master papers/Academia and her writer number was 1449. She worked for nearly two years and it was constant struggle with under-payment, rudeness, and outright cheating. She did not get the final salary, even. Instead, Alex wrote her the most arrogant letter I have ever seen. Her advice to students and writers remains the same: please do not go anywhere near this company.

Your friend is right. As far as I can see, given the number of messages I've received, is that most of the writers who speak English are resigning from the company. In retrospect, i really have no idea why I put up with masterpapers/customessays/academia! I stayed with them for two and a half years but, like your friend, came to my senses :)

I was the only one in our class failed for this assignment

Why didn't you start to panic 3 days before the deadline and you had no confirmation of any sort from the company or writer? You should've been looking for alternatives by then or working on your order cancellation. You deserve to have failed the class because you did everything wong. Your biggest mistake? complacency. You chose to trust rather than be suspicious even when all the problem signs started popping up. I really don't believe that you have the right to complain about the end results. Your actions showed that you just didn't care about the paper, considering it's importance to your grade.

It is important that students know how to protect themselves from scams. As Cite explained, Day 3 is panic button time. since it takes 30 days for the card company to fill a client, a stop payment could have been easily placed. The company would have contacted you with a completed paper or, they wouldhave come to the negotiation table sooner , with or without an offer for you. Always approach the writing companies from a position of strength. Do not show weakness. The student should be able to blackmail them, with good reason, just as the company blackmails them, for no reason. Fight fire with fire. Order a paper with a refund strategy in mind, just in case.
