i'v seen various mentions about this firm around the site but couldnt find an actual thread, so here is one now! i also tried essayrelief.co.uk and had just as bad an experience but i'' mention that in another thread.

my story is huge, expensive and was very painful - i really wish i'd had the mind to research them a bit first and maybe found this site here. im not going to go in to the countless phonecalls iv made, emails iv sent, the letdowns, missed schedules, not to mention the hours of time and hundreds of pounds iv wasted.

their first submission to me was cut and pasted from original papers i'd actually sent to them with my original order. how funny is that? they resent me another, a week after my hand in date and this time it was copied straight from a book.

so they broke every guarantee.

Hey folks I just logged on to their website and wanted to see if they offered employment after seeing the UK address they have advertised. I clicked on the live support button and some operator called "Mary" answered.I asked whether they hire writers and if so how was one to go about applying for such a position.

Instead I just got a rude,grammatically,incorrect reply of hardly two or three words.I kept wondering by they would hire someone who could not write a proper english sentence and then I looked them up on this site.My hunch was correct.No wonder the lady or whoever or whatever was on the other side (im thinking of a 300 pound Gorilla but that would be letting my imagination run too wild) was responding in monosyllables. It is definitely a foreign site.

Yes I agree.I have heard that they are paying like 10-12 pounds/25 dollars per 1000 words for essays they charge for in hundreds of pounds.It is like a writer's mill where no matter how much they charge for an essay they will still pay the same minimal wage and still fine the writers.

Now that is total writer exploitation and you call well imagine the quality of writers they hire at that minimal wage.A good company never pays you less than 40-50 pounds (or the US $ equivalent )per 1000 words for your efforts.It is better to work on the quality of your work rather than wasting your time and energy at these minimum wage outlets. I have met people on other forums who became nervous wrecks after trying to get these kind of companies to cough up their hard earned money.

I am constantly looking at all these new companies which have mushroomed online.A year ago most of these new writing companies claiming to be in business for "years" were not even in existence.The scary thing is that they are not regulated by a single body and there is no way to hold them accountable.Maybe the online writers community should have a Writers Union to prevent these companies from victimizing freelancers.Maybe the IP addresses of the new companies should be investigated and they should be asked to come out and let the public know who they really are and what are their employment/payment policies as well as the applicable law governing the agreements they make their writers sign.

Hi, Okay I'm new to this forum so I dont know where to post. I odered a term paper from customessays.org. I've ordered from them in the past, and have gotten pretty good papers from them. Then 3 weeks aso I ordered a paper. It was 8 pages long, pretty much just a paper on a chinese play(in english). I did not get it by the deadline, and they kept promising me my paper. Then today they cancelled it. They told me my paper was too complex and if I still wanted it I need to reorder it as a specialized paper. But now I only have 3 days not 3 weeks. And they want to charge me for a 3 day paper, when they screwed up!

I have been waiting for a refund for over 2 weeks for an order of 5000 words that the writer delivered 2 weeks late, plagiarised and wouldn't even achieve a 3rd let alone a 2.1. The report they sent me was on the coca-cola company in the USA, the details of the company i sent them to work from was BAe systems based in chadderton lancashire.

My advice is to buy an old paper from e-bay which is close to what you require and reverse engineer it to see how it is constructed and then attempt it yourself. its more satisfying and less costly if you DIY

Beware of using the services of this company. For some inexplicable reason, they require students to send them copies of their valid government issued ID after completing the payment process. They claim that this is for verification purposes, just to prove that they are who they say they are and there won't be problems with payment clearing. I don't think so. They have some something else in mind for the students. Probably blackmail or identity tracing. Who knows what they have planned? All I know is, you don't need to provide additional ID's to prove your payment is on the level. If they cannot trust the client, then the client should all the more, not trust the company and their services.

They do not even understand what a database is an how relevant it is to the writing process. They seem to think that the database is composed of work completed by their writers, not an online library of information for reference, which is what a database is mostly used for in academic writing. When a company does not know the difference between information sources and writer's files, you are looking at a company that has the potential to mess up your paper, even if your instructions are explicit. If there is a way to mess it up, they will find that way. It is not worth the money to try their services, even with their discount offers.
