My Custompapers.com experience

Ok, so I ordered a paper from custompapers.com and I have never ordered a paper online before. From reviewing this forum I decided to go with them as they are the only one that sounded legit. It was a difficult paper, 4 pages, 4 references, but I had a 48 hr deadline. Paper was completed on time, was pretty well written with pretty good information. I read it over, made a few grammar corrections and ran it through a plagiarism checker and everything checked out. Ended up with a good grade on the paper, so I have had a good experience with them and will use them again in the future if I need.

Believe me, I know that your statement is flawed-that's why I posted. If not for my post, future readers would falsely assume that your flawed statement is literal. You need to understand that the words you type in a forum are literal.

Yes, and I said "the only one that sounded legit", not the only one that was legit, concluding that it is of my opinion (which I'm entitled to), that from what I read this is a site that sounded reliable to me, as opposed to others that I read. Thus, the title of my thread is "my custompapers.com experience". My statement cannot be "flawed" if I gave my opinion, only if I made a statement.

But I still have so many terrible experience with them, custompapers.com

I agree; I've been searching this forum for hours and failing to find many people giving positive feedback. I'm skeptical to use this company, but can't really find a better alternative. The crap people keep saying about "use the search box" is garbage. I've searched for about 25 different companies and either come up with nothing or get mostly negative comments. Not quite sure how you're expected to find a decent company since you can't ask for recommendation (which I understand) and someone jumps down your throat for asking for reviews or experiences.

Your skills in using a basic search box are obviously "crap" and "garbage."

Seriously? Why would people be interested in knowing about scams if they were not looking for a site that offered reputable services? The idea kind of goes hand in hand. I didn't break any of the forums rules or regulations and you still feel it's necessary to try and make me feel like an idiot.

I've read many of your post and it very obvious you are not here to help, you just like to insult and slander.

Why do you expect people to be polite to you when you call their advice 'crap' and 'garbage?' O.o I understand you're a little worked up about getting harsh comments, but you're hardly being considerate either.

This site isn't here to give recommendations; a lot of people who post here belong to specific companies themselves, so that would end badly. Students can go here to check if a company is likely to rip them off. I take it you missed any posts relating to that in your hours of reading up on WB and the forum. Did you not think to check the TOS?

I didn't expect people to be polite, but I was hoping not to be met with flat out rudeness. I didn't personally attack anyone, I made an observation based on my opinion. And no, I did not miss the fact that this site is not for recommendations, which is why I never asked for one, nor did I ask technically ask for help or a review, because I did see what types of responses people received. I did observe that many students come to this site for advice on which sites to avoid in order not to get ripped off (as you mentioned) and they receive nasty comments (by certain members) on how not to ask the question. I'm not talking about obvious questions either, like "what's a good site", for example. I'm referring to questions about companies that they were unable to find any information on during their search. I do wish to say that if I personally offended anyone with my first comment I do apologize. I admit that was not the right phrasing in order to get my point across and insulting someone was not my intention. Thank you for your response though and for being the second member of this site that has attempted to make me feel like an idiot. I'm feeling very welcome so far.

I have to disagree with some of the negative reactions above and NO, I don't work for CustomPapers.com.

Anyways, here is my experience:

Normally, I research and write my own papers, but my last paper for this semester was recently due and due to all kinds of other things I am involved in, I just couldn't find the time to do it. This was my first and only, and hopefully last time to use a company that offers these services.

I contacted numerous companies with my clearly defined requirements.

EssayEmpire was the first to respond.

Note - I had not yet found this site yet.

I went ahead and paid EssayEmpire their quoted fee...What I got back was what looked like a pre-written summary of a novel. I emailed them and they stated that they would revise ASAP. I have not heard back from them and am requesting and working on getting a refund. I paid 2Checkout.com via PayPal, so, one way or another, I don't think it will be a problem getting a refund.

I was in panic...Having found this site, I read several of the posts and although they will not make recommendations, I found a post that stated experience with a couple US companies that supposedly are legit and verified.

I tried Essays On Call - but they were too busy to take on my order and their customer service was questionable.

I tried Custom Dissertations - Originally they stated they could do it. I contacted them 6 hours prior to the due date for a status and they replied that they could not do it and are issuing me a refund now.

And Custompapers originally stated that they couldn't do it, but within an hour or so replied that one of their writers would take on my order.

I was very specific in what I needed and with a very short timeframe to have it.

I feel that they have the best customer service - ie Sales and Support persons - I was quickly put in touch with my contracted writer and sent her resources that she did not have.

I received an excellent paper and well before the established time that I needed it. I now prefer to work with that writer only.

And that's my opinion - And ya know what they say about opinions.

I'd just like to add that I just checked my email and EssayEmpire has already issued a refund via 2CheckOut.

WOW, That was easy.

The only solution in this case would be for everyone to agree to disagree. Like I always say, the experience of every student will vary, even if they use the same writing company. It is all about client satisfaction and work accuracy. Each student has a different criteria when it comes to judging those two factors. What was a pleasant experience for one may be unpleasant for another. It all depends upon the circumstances of the situation. Both arguments are valid, both arguments may be true. It all boils down to the personal experience, nothing more, nothing less.

The students should continue to have a good working experience with this company since they are one of the few remaining that seem to refuse to bend to the AI academic writing trend. They have not developed their own AI coding at this point for automated essay writing (with a fee). So they still employ human writers. Which means the students will continue to receive good marks, non plagiarized papers, and efficient customer car.
