Good experience with custompapers.com

I ordered from them in December, however, the money didn't go through in time for the essay (it was very short notice) and I had to cancel it. (It was a 900 words essay that would have costed somewhere around 100$)

I wrote them an apologetic email saying that I didn't need the essay after all. They wrote back and were very understanding and cancelled the order.

Afterwards, they wrote me another email asking me if it was okay that instead of wiring the money back they gave me credit for my next essay + an extra 10$ on top!

That was really great! I loved that they contacted me personally.

I ordered the paper for mid December and shortly after the deadline they contacted me and told me about the "refund".
I did not yet make use of it but intend to so next (mid-) term :)

Custompapers rocks..Recently placed a order for sociology... as I had no choice after spending too much time on things I'm interested in (that doesn't include all classes I have to tak unfortunately). My order was placed.. The writers that was given to me his name was Zac, he went above and beyond on the essay..I would highly recommend the site...If you want a great writer go to custompapers.com and ask for ZAC.... I'm sure they have other good college writers, it's just someone I can review here.

I have been using Custom Papers once I discovered their web site during undergrad. The writer has always been professional in her level of communication and outlining the strategy she had for my orders.

Once she wrote the first paper about Supply Chain Management and application to the business world, I asked for her again because she showed me a level of understanding what my needs were. I had used other services where you never heard from the writer until after they finished and there was a problem with the paper.

I liked that the writer took the time to ask me what I thought and what I needed. It was important to me that we talk and research together. The only drawback was email was sometimes slow but that's expected. Some other students may not like that interaction but I found it helped my knowledge and ability in the classroom. Also I liked that I knew she was real. I know this sounds funny, but we hire a service like this and do we really know where the work is coming from? In this case, we do.

Custompapers.com is a company that is synonymous with client satisfaction. I have always heard very good things about this company. In fact, some of their students stay with them well into their professional years. They come to the company to help lighten the work load that they receive to make sure that they do not miss any work deadlines. Last I heard, they had focused heavily on helping the WFH professionals during the international lockdown. The professional clients were not overwhelmed because their writer assistants were there to help them adjust to working from home. Often even acting as counselors when the clients felt like they could not handle working from home.

Believe it or not, the guys that run custompapers.com are so nice, kind, and fair that cunning students take advantage of them at times. I have recently heard of a situation where a student pulled a bait and switch on them. The student provided instructions and asked for a price quotation from one of their writer's, who gave a fair bid. Then the student agreed to the price and the order went through. After the deal was completed, the student pulled the bait and switch, demanding a refund. The company bent over backwards to accommodate said student, even though they knew the student was going to one up them. The management let is slide so as not to affect the overall image of the company. So yeah, all students have a good experience with the company. It is the company, in this case, that needs to learn to protect themselves against students with bad intentions.
