I found it on one of the essay help websites, but don't know what it says since the picture is so small. Here is the graphic:

I am building a website that will offer essay writing services to students. I literally wrote my way through college, and figured that others could benefit from my writing ability. That being said, I began to research other websites that offered similar services. The very first one that I encountered was a site called bestessays.com. I checked their writing samples and was APALLED. I found that every single one of the samples contained errors (often egregious) in grammar, spelling, style, and even content! I decided to contact their customer service chat, and here is a transcript of that chat:

At this point, the customer service rep disconnected from the conversation. Dude couldn't even carry on a proper conversation in English, and when pressed, he just dropped the conversation.

Clearly, these people have no business selling writing services anywhere. By the way, their own webpage is riddled with grammatical errors. Slick formatting and false promises are clearly designed to distract. Sadly, they are duping KIDS out of money.

Hi Guys can anyone help me out? I have ordered from UK.bestessays.com and now they are having problems meeting my deadline. This is not the first time it has happened, they have done it twice before. Is there anything I can do abt it except not to order from them again?

They say they are based in Delaware but I can tell from teh accent that they are Philiphino and have even heard them speak taglog in the background.

Is there any legal action which I can take agaisnt them since it states in the gurantee that they will meet deadlines?

Please help I am having a very heavy workload and had to return home for a funeral which has derailed my studies.

My experience and the quality of work with bestessays.com

I ordered few papers from bestessays in the past and the customer service was always good and they would revise my papers on time.
However, the quality of their work was very poor. Frequent word repetition, the grammar and the structure of the sentences was very cumbersome, awkward and simply painful to read.

It was obvious the writers were all ESL (English as second language) but that doesn't excuse them from proofreading their work 2-3 times.
Here are some of the issues I asked them to revise (though instead of revising it they simply deleted the sentences):

I wasn't sure who "certified Americans" were.

Please explain what "tandem for all seasons" is.

These sentences need revision and elaboration:

"He ignored the lower class of the society, and with this, different perspectives may still arise, and if these perspectives do so, it is subject to being ignored." What perspectives, what subject?

"They should save themselves the negative feelings..."

"which blocks the Blacks from freeing themselves from the racism that they thought they suffered form."

"he made a work about ***** art as a whole, and if we speak of it as a whole, " - Please explain what "work" and how it can be "made as a whole".

What do you mean by "Both have their points on "stirring" the *******"?

These are the reasons why they cannot deliver good writing samples and why the students cannot communicate properly with their support team.
