As a matter of fact, the registered owner of the site is "Educational Writing LLC," which claims to be located in the state of Delaware (US). But that's not all--the ESL nature of much of the text on the site suggests that the owner may be neither American nor British. Hmmm . . . .

Oh, I almost forgot: the corporate address on the site is 100% fake!
