I dont ordinarily go out of my way to blog or write about anything on websites, but i had one of the worst customer service experiences ever, and i felt that i had to share. Now at first i thought essayssos.com was a legitimate website. I have had prior papers through them with no problem, but that didnt seem to matter in the end. Anyway, the highest grade ever received was a B followed by two C's, but thats besides the point. I dont usually wait til the last minute with papers, but the 3 papers prior were always on time. Anyway, I didnt hear from them after they received payment. I wasnt concerned because ive always gotten my papers before. The day of my deadline comes which was at 1:30 pm.. still no paper. I tried to contact them VIA phone(which is not a real number and doesn't work) by email, blog , and chat.
I got no answer for almost 3 hours (so much for their promise of 24/7 customer support) anyway after i FINALLY was able to get in touch with someone, i had the transcript of the chat emailed to me after the conversation. This company is completely absurd and they do not care about their customers or the services they provide whatsoever. Just read (dont mind the typos.. i was so mad i was just typing very quickly)

So in all just be careful. That was the worst customer support ive ever encountered. They truly do not care about their customers or your work, or your grade.
