The frauds from the Philippines haven't learned their lesson yet. They are still using fake addresses in the United States to fool American consumers.

These crooks have at least six (6) separate accounts in Yahoo Search Marketing:

I have the original Whois records for ALL of the fraudulent essay sites that he has ever created (before he thought to make them fake/private). I can also prove Yuri's direct ties to Ukraine and various, illegal activities therein. He knows the other shady activities with which he is involved, and I'm sure that he knows EXACTLY what I have on him. :-) When I have the time that it requires to follow all of the necessary, legal channels, I will do so.

So, because EssayWriters.net / Yuri pays you, that makes it OK for you to ignore their crimes, as well as commit your own? Good luck using that defense in court. When I do have the time to begin the lengthy, costly process, I will make sure that each of EssayWriters.net's writers will be held accountable as co-conspirators to the fullest extent of the law in which each writer resides.

If you read the very first post that I made upon returning, you will see that I very clearly condemned the multiple-account charade and bad acting perpetrated by the person(s) who advertised that site. I really didn't feel the need to address that situation any further, as you and others had already done a fine job of exposing the deception.

Sometimes, we cannot understand this Forum. When we badly need help, we are told not to seek it and mentioning any names is unacceptable. This oxbridgeresearcher person continuously posts in the name of her writing company on almost every thread. Why can't she post in some kind of personal name like any of us? Isn't that popularising her site? Is it acceptable to the forum?

I have it on authority that these fraudulent Filipino run companies even have offices in high rise buildings in notable business districts in their country. They make their staff report to their offices looking like a million bucks, where what they actually do should have gotten them kicked out of the building instead. It appears that the owners of business offices for rent in that country do not pay attention to the legality of the business. They will turn a blind eye to the actual work that the company does in their rented offices, as long as the checks clear on time every time.

As the cost living rises in the Philippines, we can expect that they will slowly fade away from the academic writing business. Considering how that country is becoming strict about their business dealings online, it gas become more difficult for fraudsters to maintain businesses in that country. Fake academic writing businesses are one of those affected. Their weak English language skills are also one of the reasons they fail to remain in business. Their grasp of the English language is rudimentary at best and it is their lower income strategy that ends up working at these companies. I would not worry so much about their existence in the biz. They will self destruct eventually.
