Indian Company: I didn't get A+ or A.

I hired homeworkzz to write 4 of my essays including a research proposal and dissertation. I want to talk about their quality of English. They said that their writers are Indians but write excellent English without making grammatical mistakes. My tutor said looking at my dissertation that ***** your English level has declined. I asked for full refund but they didn't give me a penny back. They said that we assure good pass not top most grades. This they didn't tell me in the beginning. I agree with this forum that native English writers should only be hired. Writers from India are certainly not good in English. Stay away from Indian companies which won't refund you later even if you find that their level of English is not good.

One more thing about this company: my girlfriend also didn't get first division and she too had hired them.
You can NEVER get A+ or A with an Indian company

Is there any legitimate writer or company in this industry that guarantees 90% marks for their papers? I don't think so. The grade often depends on a number of factors, some of which are entirely outside the control of the writer. The professor's subjective assessment, perception of the student, and curiosity about discrepancies in standard/style could affect the grade sometimes.

Then again, there is little evidence in your English to show that you are a proficient (let alone native) speaker. If this is a reflection of your typical academic writing style, then hiring a native speaker to write your essays might put you in more trouble by arousing your tutor's suspicion. What you need is a very competent writer with a sufficient level of fluency in the English Language. You should not make the mistake of presuming that a "native English writer" is the definite solution to your problem.

I hired homeworkzz.com to write my research proposal and then dissertation. They made BIG claims about their quality. They said that the students from their company have got good scores. They are a very good company. All big, big, big.

At the end they said that they give me 100% assurance that my dissertation will come out to be the BEST dissertation in the class ( as if they knew the standard of dissertation of other students in the class. Anyways, I paid them in instalments and each time they said that if in case I didn't get 70% or above marks they will refund 50% of the money. I DID NOT GET THAT SCORE!! Yes, I didn't get it. But they are NOT willing to return my 50% money. Whenever I call them they say next week. It has been 2 weeks and I don't think they will return. They keep telling me actually we worked very hard, actually the writer took the money, actually we have credit card limit. Yesterday they told me that since I passed can they consider the transaction as closed. Ridiculous! I want my 50% money. Any idea how I can get it? I hate this delay. Where is my money? Why did they made such claims if they could not follow?

HOPELESS COMPANY! NEVER GETS YOU AN "A" GRADE! FOOLISH STAFF MEMBERS! WASTE OF TIME COMPANY! NEVER GO FOR A COMPANY FROM ASIA. NO GOOD GRADES! LISTEN TO MY ADVICE, STAY AWAY FROM THEM. LIARS, LIARS, LIARS. COMPLETELY HOPELESS. LOST A LOT OF MONEY. NO REFUND. ALERT STAY AWAY.

There were a couple of red flags involved in your transaction with this company that should have sent you scurrying the other way, including:

1. "they give me 100% assurance that my dissertation will come out to be the BEST dissertation in the class" (as you noted, this was impossible);

2. "they said that if in case I didn't get 70% or above marks they will refund 50% of the money" (since unscrupulous students can report they received any grade they want without proof, this promise was clearly false and intended only to persuade you to make another installment payment).

Why do these students always take the blurbs on these scam sites seriously? I mean, don't they have the ability to spot a con when they see one? If someone promised them a trip to Mars for $100 dollars, would they believe that con man too? I think so. They are that stupid. Never believe exaggerated claims. That is why gets these students into trouble to begin with. They should know better. Cheap prices plus problematic client care services mean just one thing, they can kiss their cash goodbye. They fell for the con game and paid the price.

The aforementioned website is no longer in existence. The owners did not even try to resell the URL / domain name of the company for some reason. I guess we should be thankful considering the horrible service that they provided when they were in existence. I would like to point out though, that not all Indian companies could be accused of fraud or bad writing. Yes, a majority of them offer questionable services but, it has recently come to my attention that there are some good India based players out there who value and deliver quality work to their clients.

The simple lesson is that as soon as you see any kind of grade "guarantee" and/or any kind of money-back satisfaction "guarantee," you know, immediately, that you're dealing with a scam. Real writers may communicate their general level of relative confidence with a project and will always fix their own objective mistakes, but will never promise any specific grade or promise any kind of refund based on subjective "satisfaction." Real writers do issue refunds in the very rare situation that they make a catastrophic mistake -- such as providing an essay on the wrong topic without enough time left to redo it by the deadline -- but would never promise any refund based on "satisfaction." Ironically, it's the very companies that do make those kinds of great-sounding promises that will never issue any refund for any reason, including for their failure to deliver anything at all by the deadline and/or for delivering a project on the wrong topic, entirely.
