Honest Essays aka Academic Experts?

Has anyone ever used Honest Essays? A.K.A Academic Experts? Are they legit?

I had seen a few queries about 'Honest Essays' in this as well as other forums. They are definitely not as their name suggests. They are definitely not upto the standard I expected and they claim to be. Their so called perfect paper was plagued with grammatical mistakes and had totally missed several topics of the assigmnent. When it was pointed out to them , they made some few corrections and reassured me that I didn't have to worry about it and would pass with very good marks. So when I got my paper assessed by my lecturer I was shocked to see that I had failed miserably . If I had spent my time writing the essay myself instead of corresponding with them ( what a waste of time not to mention money too) I would have defintely passed my assignment.They were definitely not very helpful when I approached them again. My advise to all you 'good essay writing companies' seekers out there , avoid 'Honest Essays' at all cost. I'm sure they might retaliate with their comments but don't believe them. Companies like these bring a bad name to all those genuine essay writing companies out there.

This is the problem why companies take customers like you for a ride. You think you will get 'first class' by paying peanuts. If you can not afford our service, don't waste our time.


How helpful do you want companies to be? Hand in your paper for you? You had payed for a 2:2 service, failing which, we have refunded your amount with due respect. What do you expect? You deserve to be scammed by companies that charge hefty amounts and send a uselessly plagiarised paper, let alone refunding your amount.

And plz mind it, you failed because what should have been a 4,000 word paper had to be done in 2,000 words because you could not pay more than 160 dollars.

It's a blogspot site, what were you expecting?

You have got to be kidding with that site right? That site is not real is it?

Why would you pay money to that place? Why would anybody?

My reaction too. I can't understand how anyone could ever get sucked into something like that!

Honestessays, your argument is ridiculous. You seem to suggest first that the customer deserved a low quality paper because of the price he paid--meaning you purposefully charge low and deliver crap--and then go on to suggest (it seems) that companies that charge more are simply bigger cheats (again, confirming your status as an utter pile of crap).

Word to the wise: No decent writer is willing to work for less than $10/page, and it's usually a lot higher. During most of the school year, I average over $20/page. Honest Essays' top price, for a rush law/medical school paper, is only $30. If the company keeps 60% or more, as most do, the writer is only getting $12/page. Do you really think a doctor or lawyer would be willing to work for this much? At the lower rates at Honest Essays, writers are probable earning $4-$5/page--of course the essays they write aren't worth s-i*.

With essays just like with everything else, you get what you pay for, and quality costs. True, there are some good ESL writers at generally worthless websites (that's for you, EW), but they are few and far between.

I am also amazed that anyone would pay for a service from a company hosted for free on a blogging site whose only contact was a free gmail account. For an independent freelance writer, maybe, but a company that claims to have an extended network of international writers, no.

The service that we have put the rates for is a 2:2 service. If a customer wants a higher quality, rates go up depending on the grade desired.

The purpose of writing back on this forum was to make people understand that instances like this are very rare with us and even if they do happen (no company can satisfy all its customers all the time), we are their to refund the amount collected, because we are genuine and respect the fact that customers come to us with a lot of expectations.

I do not work for honest essays and do believe what I have seen from them is a joke. However...in the quest for fairness in truth, please post proof that they are dishonest.

He cannot ask fora recommendation, but he most certainly can ask for a review. That is what this forum is all about. sharing experiences, both good and bad with one another in relation toa service. Is that a / recommendation loophole? It could be. It's all about how the review is worded. One cannot directly say"hire this seance" but one can leave the review apen to the reader's interpretation. So go ahead and leave reviews. The mods won't mind.

Well if a review is what he wants, it's a review I will give. I reviewed several pages of the site and I have to say that I was left unimpressed. The company is definitely not American, Canadian, or UK. It is probably of Russian or Ukranian origin. The company paid a writer or partner writing company to create the page content. The uncomfortable blurb presentation is indicative of SEO writing. The content is meant to lead paid advertising directly to the site. Which makes the page content less than helpful to the student who is shopping for writing services.
