The company ektakkalra.com delivered my order with 7 pages less in 60. That said it was NOT possible on such a short notice. My deadline was unreasonable. Then why did they accept my order? I had 3 more Indian companies eager to help me thoroughly. I want my all money back. What should I do? I paid by PayPal.

There have been at least 5 complaints filed against this company at the Complaints Board. None of these were ever resolved as the company refuses to cooperate with the client, the mediator, and any other entity that has tried to get a successful chargeback claim against the company. They are well known scammers who never deliver the paper as promised, but often get hired due to their unbelievably low costs.

Their writers are not even ESL at this point, but they are willing participants in the scam. You should file a formal complaint with Paypal via the chargeback form. That may be your best bet since Paypal tends to side with the complainants in most instances.
