Junglepage - my experience

This is an update to my initial review. I request a custom paper with 3 day delivery on a specific topic. 3 days later i was sent the essay. First the essay was written with poor grammer, run on sentences. Second it did not address the the topic i asked. And most importantly they plagiarized my essay completely! 90% off the essay i was able to copy and paste sentences from the essay and paste into google and find a direct match quoting. I am deeply disappointed with this site, after contacting them, they only offered a rewrite. I can prodive, paper, orderid, and websites that were plagiarized to admins for proof. This should not go unnoticed!

update:

to make it even worse, the rewrite they just sent me is the exact same essay! They didnt even rewrite it, they changed the content around a little and fixed some grammar mistakes. This is an embarrassment to their site. AVOID this site at all costs. Admins feel free to contact me so i can supply you with the proper information. I am also in the process of Filing a BBB complaint.

update 2:

im not affiliated with this site, actually i never ordered from them, but i plan to just to see how they compare to another one that i have been using with a polish name that works reliably. anyways they interviews the owner in a usa today article. so i guess it cant be a scam...but doesnt mean its a good site either. read away

Hi Nick, how did it go? Did they rewrite the paper?

Thanks for the link. It's a nice article, but it's obvious it's just ... a sponsored article written by the MyDropBox.com company. They try to catch up with their main competitor (Turnitin.com) - that's why they compare themselves to them. It's like a regional and small search engine company compared itself to Google so that other should think they are also a "big player."

It's one of the marketing techniques (I've just finished a marketing course and they provided a similar example). Notice the article never mentions Turnitin's whole website address - they also mention Turnitin instead of Turnitin.com; they don't link to Turnitin either.

Jungle PageBeatrice,

as i mentioned above they did do a rewrite and they promised a new writer would work on it, all they did is change around the same essay. I threatened to file a BBB report and they gave me a refund. I would still avoid them, i cant see how 2 diff writers can mess up an essay like that. avoid this site like the plague.

Also good call. i didn't notice that the article was written by someone from mydropbox. This makes me wonder. Is the interview with junglepage legit, or maybe they have some kind of affiliation to catch students or they are working together. Makes me nervous about using a kind of service like that.

i would like to update a comment i made earlier regarding the legitimacy of jungle page.

As described above, I placed a sample order for a custom essay on a relatively easy subject, 4 pages and made a payment. Just for fun i left out some necessary information need to write the essay. I then later contacted them to let them know if anything was okay. However i never received a response after 2 days so i sent another. Again no response. It was a 3 day delivery paper so i was worried it wouldn't arrive. Needless to say the paper was ready by day 3, and actually 2 pages longer than what i required. Also they seem to have done the research already or known about the subject as i didnt them supplementary materials. However since i dont have the resources to check if the paper written from scratch i cant say if they just c&p from sites. However i can say it was written decently and the service delivered.

However dont let 1 review convince you, any paper mill has the ability to be lower in quality or even dissappear over time. But for now i can say junglepage delivered.

I would like to join in the conversation, as a former Junglepage writer, and let you all know that I wrote two papers for Junglepage and NEVER received payment.

That's no good. Is there a particular reason why you haven't received the payment? Maybe (for example) they didn't consider you as a good writer...

It's called "media manipulation" - it happens more often than people would imagine.
I'm not sure about the interview with "junglepage" - if they came up with this name, they have probably had something to do with them (I don't think the whole story is completely fake). Nowadays it's very important to learn how to read between the lines...:)

I used them once. They were okay-ish. The paper was very basic - fine for a high school student but it was not a college level essay as I had requested. I wouldn't use them again but I didn't feel that I had been scammed like I have with other companies.

Now I'm wondering what is the difference between "high-school" and "college" writing level - what is the reference point for these companies.. :)?

For me high school is based on one or two text book sources while a college essay should have more sources including academic journals and it should be analytical.

I'd be really worried if an essay company / its writers couldn't judge the difference between a high school essay and a college essay!

I'm saying - I'm sure most of these companies can judge the difference, BUT it also depends on the particular writer (and professor), I think. If two different teachers grade exactly the same essay, the grades are likely to be different, aren't they?

So the grading process is not objective - just like judging the writing level could be ;).

I had the same experience several years ago and never wrote for them again. This site is now closed though.
