Masterpapers.com review

I ordered my paper from Masterpapers.com and I wasn't satisfied with the result so I asked for a refund but I was denied until I threatened to report it here on Essayscam.org and then I received the full amount.

So basically bad service but at least I got my money back.

I know that this is more or less the same post as another one of my threads but it's a review and the experience was similar so........:D

It just seems really suspicious to post two unsupported, unspecific accusations that are worded identically.

Yes ... makes you wonder if it is a competitor posing as a student ...

It's interesting how creative guys can be.

I hate to come out in defense of masterpapers but the OP is either
1) a lying competitor, not a customer
2) a fraudulent customer trying to get free papers

It is highly unlikely that you had the exact same experience with 3 companies or that they all responded to your threat in the same way - refunded you on the spot.

Another giveaway is that customers do not place orders through Brownie Freelance and they receive a PDF version of the order which they are then required to accept or reject. You didn't even know that, did you?

Look - genuine complaints are alright and the purpose of the forum is to expose scams.

Fake complaints are not okay, though.

Lie and you will be treated with the disrespect due to all liars.

Care to tell us which company FINALLY gave you a wonderful piece of work? Or are you going to slam a few other companies before you do so?

Even where masterpapers and EW are concerned, few will tolerate fake complaints. People like you undermine the entire purpose of the forum ...

Yes I used copy and paste because the experience was more or less the same with some companies and I don't think they ppl are interested in the details.

They just want to avoid being scammed and I don't have time to write novels.

So if somebody has any specific question they can just contact me.
I've saved the assignment info I sent them and the papers I received.

And I said that I was refunded didn't I?
If I wanted to lie about the mentioned companies, I would've said that I lost my money......so bugger off!!!!!!!

Yes I do recollect that I received a pdf with red text across it but don't remember which company it was, can look it upp though.

Actually, no, that's not really that good of evidence. It doesn't indicate that it was a refund, or that the refund was late, and you could easily have fabricated it.

WRT made clear he wasn't defending MasterPapers, but just because a company's bad doesn't mean every claim against them is valid. You posted multiple identical threads - it's a good way of looking like a spambot. I assumed you weren't and just told you that it was suspicious. Stop being so defensive, it makes you look like you have something to hide...

Same here, I ordered a Paper from Masterpapers.com and the service advertises reliable and on time services. I beg to differ. there has been three issues where the writer didn't submit the work on time and days past the deadline. when I asked for a refund for the services they totally looked over my issue and said the writer will post it in the shortest time....ok when? never? when it was submitted the writer did not follow instructions so I asked for a revision b/c I needed it that day by 11:59pm ct. the deadline for the revision was 9:28pm and the admin still never responded to my messages until after the writer posted the work the next day. at this point I still haven't heard back from them. When I tried talking to them online about the refund they keep switching users, and no one ever answered any of my questions, through phone or online.

I believed what you said is right. I also just request for dispute my payment as the writer can't do my job, but the system auto approved my part without my consent. They approved my part 2 while I am not online. I am really upset and surprise when I saw an email said my part 2 approved. I log in immediately and found that somebody approved it!!! I had to submit my paper today at 4:00pm. The paper was this crazy 30 pages paper.

We only had a week to work on it. This professor loves 4 hrs tests and 30+ pages essays or whatever he calls them. I've been working on this paper since last week, and trust me, I did not sleep for 2 days. I'm not a great writer, English is not my first language, but I do enjoy research and I like MY OWN way of doing things when it comes to school matters. Anyways, 7 hrs till the deadline and I'm still missing about 30% of the paper. I knew I was not going to make it, so I went online and searched. I came across to masterpapers.com and since they take Paypal, I ended up ordering a total of 2 papers (total of 4 pages) from 2 different writers. All I needed was a summary with MY sources. Yes, a SUMMARY of an article, thus, no research, no analysis, no critical thinking, no busting your brains off to write my paper, just a summary. I paid approximately $130 for everything (different transactions). I got my first paper, I was "meh..okay, but I need more and some revising, so I paid an extra page and asked the writer to expand the paper. He did. The writing was not great, but it'll pass. He got the ideas down and that's what I needed. All I have to do is to edit it and it's ready to incorporate that section into my paper.

The problem came with the second paper. I sent the writer a file with the information that I needed him to summarize. So, all he had to do was to change the words. I mean, summarize or change the words or whatever...I didn't have the time, I needed to work on the analysis, so I paid for the summary. When I received the paper back. It was 80% WRONG. Not only he did not follow my directions but he did not use my sources. he did not summarize what I sent him. He took Wikipedia, he summarized Wikipedia. wth? I submitted for revision. I told him that I needed a revision. No response...none from the writer, none from those administrators, none from customer service...almost 2 hrs later, I was still waiting for the revised paper...nothing...so, I called them. they told me writer refused to revise the paper.

I got mad because they never sent me a message saying that the writer wasn't going to revise the paper. If they had told me 2 hrs before, I would have done something. I would have cited the whole thing...I called them, complaint, and asked for my refund. They told me that they have to review. I told them that I needed my refund now, besides, I cannot use that paper....I opened a dispute with Paypal...now I feel better after a rant...but I still want my money back.

Thanks for your feedback; I hope you get your money back asap :) Your mistake was choosing an ESL service; granted, they lie about their location, but it was your job to research them before you place your order.

I am fed up of these fraudulent websites. Lets beat the crime together. I have made a page on the facebook just to teach these fraudsters a lesson. Will give you the answer on HOW TO GET A REFUND of your hard earned money from these CONS.... Lets join our hands together and beat the **** out of them.

That wouldn't really work here because some competing companies would just "list" one another and the admin here doesn't comment about essay companies. The TOS of this forum caution you not to necessarily rely on what various posters say, so you pretty much have to figure out for yourself who here sounds credible and legitimate to you and who doesn't. The search function works very well and you can also use it to search for previous discussions about any company you want to research and about any writer whose posting history you might also want to review. There's a lot of potentially useful information here, but you have to find it for yourself and also decide what content or which posters to believe and what content or which posters not to believe, in general.

Well, that certainly proves the growing power and influence of this forum in the student arena. The third rate companies know what can happen to their business once they are reported at this forum. Congratulations on getting a full refund. It would not have happened if you had not threatened them with exposure at this forum. Kudos to the owners of the forum as well. Job well done.

Wow! We are supposed to trust the company because they have an NDA with their writers. Impressive! Not ! Jsut once I would like to come across a writing company that has an NDA with their clients instead. That would at least assure the students they will not be blackmailed in the future when the writer or company needs an influx of money. An NDA only works when the students are protected from the company and the writers. An NDA between the writer and the company does not protect the student. They make no assurances of never blackmailing the student without an NDA. That should be a mandatory document before hiring a service if you ask me.
