Not really. Anyone can make up lies with which to recommend a site--pretending to be a customer, for example, which happens all the time. Providing evidence that a site is a scam is pretty easy: ownership information, ESL webcopy, silly promises and guarantees, etc. are all scammy activities and thus evidence of scam companies.
