Since this "company" is listed in the DND notice, which is telling in and of itself, I'll write about them anonymously and let readers deduce who they are from there.
First off, they used an unqualified writer whose first language was not English although they claimed otherwise. (An American based writer does not necessarily mean that person did not come from a non-English speaking country.
And, just to be clear, plenty of ESL and EFL trained writers are capable of high quality academic writing, just not in this particular case.) The frequency and type of grammar mistakes in the academic paper I ordered was a dead giveaway to anyone with knowledge in applied linguistics.
Secondly, the writer plagiarized and misquoted mostly one of many academic articles I submitted to help him/her complete the job. (That's right. I even provided them with all of the research needed to write the paper just to see the quality of their work.)
After seeing the product, I complained and demanded a refund. The management replied with a scathing and insulting rebuttal wrought with all of the weasel type excuses disreputable companies say in order to shirk their responsibilities to paying customers.
I was also threatened and intimidated if I persisted in my insistence of a $240 charge back to my credit card.
In case you're wondering who the company is, I'll give you a hint. They're based in Nevada (they at least claim to be - I believe they are from Ukraine). Buyer beware! There are cheaper and better sites. Do your homework before wasting your money on amateurs.
