About Oxbridge Essays!

Hi guys,

Here I would like to share my recent experience with Oxfordbridge essays company.

If to be honest, according to the price list of the company I though company does good job. Hence I didn't have any doubt about quality of the service they offer because services were far more expensive than other companies. However, I after I placed order I realised how "serious" was this company. Firstly, they failed to provide the job on time. Secondly, job was highly plagiarised and didn't matched the qualities which had been given before placing order. Consequently, I distressed and couldn't refund my money fully.

The service was awful too. Before you place order they are very polite with you, but after you place a payment they attitude change spontaneously.

Now, I am really disappointed and lost my money

Hi Tim, can I ask what went wrong? How much was plagiarised, and what was the piece?

These companies make the promises of doing work according to the individual requirements but they just use the writers and get the work from them, how can they assure the work meets the required standards as they dont know nothing about it themselves, if they did they wouldnt be using writers in the first place!

Tim, did you pay by credit card? Could you charge back your card?

This is also a UK company - the director names, business addresses, and all the company info is available online from Companies House. Mostly free although the director report (which I have) costs something like a pound. So you can send them a letter explaining what was wrong with the order, and if they don't do anything, you can start a claim in the small claims court online.

Tim - You said Oxfordbridge essays, is this the same as Oxbridgeessays?

I am thinking about using one of these sites, seems like there are lots with different variations of the word Oxbridge, essays, dissertations, writers, graduates etc etc. Which one is which or are they all the same.

For me the most important thing is the price!

Full Name: HK

Hello - I am HK and just to prove that you did not do your homework I am going to upload my passport and my company incorporation docs. I take my reputation and the reputation of my company very very seriously and will immediately prosecute any who try to defame me or my company without foundation. Had you even bothered to check through the Companies House, you would not have made such a blatant mistatement of fact. The company is registered, I am British and my partners are British/Australian/American. We hire none whose first language is not English.

I am attaching a scanned copy of my passport to establish my nationality!

Check through the Companies House to make sure that I am a registered British company located in the UK - company registration #06669933.

I am trying to attach it again.

Bambi - or is it WB - when we were setting up our website our programmers created test writers, we registered a lot of names, including the one above (by a lot I mean around 5). And let me say this loud and clear, I DO NOT CARE IF A WRITER IS OF FOREIGN EXTRACTION AS LONG AS ENGLISH IS THEIR FIRST LANGUAGE AND AS LONG AS THEY HAVE THE REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS.

Now - check my registration status through wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk/9741066923f69bd7bdd0b769c993bb0c/wcframe?name=accessCompanyInfo

either enter the company name: Oxbridge Researchers Ltd or the registration number 06669933.

Again, I repeat, I will not tolerate any attempts to defame me or my company. We take our work terribly seriously and zealously guard our reputation. Hence, any who try to libel me or the company or defame us in any way will be immediately prosecuted.

And Bambi - I am going to have our IT people check out when you logged onto our website and for what purpose. In other words, I am going to investigate and uncover who you are and the true purpose of your silly accusations. How dare you say that we only claim to be registered and that there is no record of our registration! you did not even bother to check! And, as a result, I will not take this lying down!

take the configuration up with the British government - they assigned it. I am attaching the incorporation certificate. Now, would you like to see our certificate of good standing?

And by the way - just so everyone knows this - we are intent on transparency with customers and, accordingly, tell our clients writers' real name, their qualifications and country of residence. We do not believe in anonymity as it usually means that a person/company has something to hide. Both I and my company (and am speaking here as the majority owner) have absolutely nothing to hide. Now - I dare any company to be as transparent as we are. Upload the nationality docs of owners; show us your incorporation certificates; clearly state who your writers are and give customers back their basicright to decide whether they want to make use of your services or those of another. BE TRANSPARENT IF YOU HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE

Wow you look like my auntie.

:)

very nice! I believe you!

the fact that you admit to a mistake makes you a nice, honest and gracious person. You have my respect :)

And, justto clarify - all these are not real writers but our programmers:
John Smith (that's a dead giveaway)
Dipak
Andre
Nyoni

those are our programmers. We are clearing all that - should have the real writers on our writer board in about 4-5 days. Also, you'll never find that we'll claim that we have hundreds, in some cases thousands, of writers working for us. We will only ever claim the truth and the proof will be available to all customers and any who ask for it :) Believe me when I say that we will never allow either a writer or customer to be treated unfairly or receive anything less than what they are entitled to.

Also believe this when I say I really do not know who this Cindy character is. She must have paid us through a partner's or parent's credit card as I do not have her on my records. When we advertise we will do so blatantly and will not hide behind false personas. From the very outset, when I joined this forum, I clearly identified myself. I only have one user id for this forum andwill never ever pose as someone whom I am not. Any of our staff caught doing so will be fired on the spot. Wewill not engage in or tolerate deception in any form.

I can't figure out what you wanted to say.

I meant to write: "I don't know if it means anything". One word left out.

serene:
Their company number is of strange configuration 6669933 and can't be traced back neither in the UK nor in the Australian register, and I wouldn't say that they are registered in the USA either.

Hey, I didn't say that. It was Bambi. I don't care who writes for which company!!

Wow you look like my auntie.

That sounds like an age-discrimination slur. Usually used by my Indian and Pakistani friends.

OxbridgeResearchers is a pretty long name. I would refer to you as OR.
OR I am impressed by the transparency if all that you said is true. I was also working on a similar thing, a 100% transparent service.

Do it Humble ... there is more than enough room in the industry for honest companies. Take a deep breathe and jump in :) and of you have any questions about the procedures, just pm me anytime

I am impressed by the transparency if all that you said is true.

Humble - if you require proof of anything i said, just pm me and you'll see that i am being 100% truthful here. To do otherwise would be for me to join the fray and in so doing, harm my company's rep and the image i am trying to build

Our staff and writers invest much time in producing work of the quality expected. Indeed, our promise to only work with the best, Oxbridge-educated academics is testament to this. Unlike other similar services, our essays are tailor-made to each client's requirements, and we take time to ensure we understand all your needs. In fact, we also offer you the opportunity to speak to your writer either in person at our central London office, or on the telephone if you live too far away, helping your academic create a piece that is exactly what you are looking for. We have specialists in all subjects and of all levels working with us, and guarantee that your work will be written by that academic whom we deem most suited to undertake it. Moreover, our in-house Quality Control team, themselves Oxbridge scholars, assess all submissions, further guaranteeing the excellent standards for which we are known.

At Oxbridge Essays, we prides ourselves on being the only company in the market to guarantee our clients unique pieces of model research which are never stored, shared or re-used . We work according to each client's individual requirements, using their own research, bibliographies and guidance to ensure each piece is exactly what the client requires. Moreover, every client is entitled to speak to their writer via telephone or at our London office, further ensuring the accuracy of the model essay. Care is taken when the order is first placed to understand exactly what the client requires, not only by the Director of Sales, but also by the Delegations team (who work to find the best qualified writer for each brief) and Quality Control department (who review submissions to ensure they have met the requirements of the order). Any work we deem not to be of the correct standard will be sent back to the writer for alterations. Indeed, contrary to what is suggested above, whilst many of us here could, in fact, undertake this writing ourselves, we are too busy maintaining the standards of our service to do so. Thus, because it is imperative that time and care is given to each piece commissioned, we work with writers who have time to dedicate to this.

Have I misunderstood this?

Are you actually complaining that you were cheated ... in your attempt to cheat?

If so, I think I'm on the side of 'Victoria', who seems to be doing a fine job taking money off people who don't deserve to keep it - although her inability to use that tricky English construction, the verb, suggests that such deviousness is beyond her.

It appears that anyone in the developing world who's got online access can get into the writing for hire business. Oxbridge Essays preys on suckers who will pay a high amount of money while naively expecting quality work, and instead get a load of crap.

Victoria Oxbridge Essays
I've had the misfortune of using them, they're full of s-i*. This woman is just spinning the same old rubbish, probably isn't even called Victoria.

DON'T USE THEM!! You'll get garbage and they'll resist giving a refund with everything they've got.

Do not do it, I have had bad experiences with them. They gave me the most elementary essay you can think of and had told me I could not get a refund

ervices were far more expensive than other companies.

While it is true that you should pay for quality work, the price of the order should only be satisfactory after you have properly interviewed the company rep. If you did not bother to try to talk to a "human being" at least through the online chat room, then you did not do a good job at considering the writing company for your needs. Always make sure that you have a list of questions for the company rep. That way the rep will also know that you are a serious potential client and help you get the best service they can offer. Only if your questions are answered in a satisfying manner should you hire the company.

There is no company known as Oxfordbridge Essays. A company look up shows that the only listing is for oxbridge essays.com. I find it strange that someone on sitejabber has claimed to have been able to visit their London office when they are not acknowledging any location for the company on their website. They are very careful about avoiding any actual location identifiers. The most they admit to is being a family owned company, nothing more. It is difficult to deal with a company that has a big secret. They are not exactly building goodwill here since even their phone number is a VoIP number which prevents the identifying of their actual location.

I have an email from Robert of oxbridgeessays.com.
"Oxbridge Essays is not an English company and as such is not bound by English law; thus the Department of Trade has no jurisdiction over our enterprise.

This said, we do not conduct in England any advertising for services prohibited by English law - with which our operation is in full conformity".

The company claims to be part of Icarus Education Ltd (UAE).
