heh
I was just pokin' fun at "serious felony" -- like there's another kind :)

Do all felonies carry the same penalty?
ProfessorVerb  35 | 829   ☆☆   Freelance Writer

Nope, but they are all "serious." According to Black's Law Dictionary (1990), a felony is "A crime of a graver or more serious nature than those designated as misdemeanors. Under many state statutes, any offense punishable by death or imprisonment" (p. 617).
writers2beware  29 | 1712 ☆☆

* For the record, I was using "serious" in the same way that one uses it in "that dude is serious" or "that's seriously awesome."

* Yes, by definition, all felonies are "serious." However, if you take a look at the following list of the top 20 most common felonies in the US, you can't tell me with a straight face that they are all on the same level of seriousness.

1. Drug abuse violations
3. Property crime (burglary, larceny, theft, motor vehicle theft, and arson)
2. Driving while Intoxicated (aka Felony DUI)
5. Assault
4. Larceny-theft
6. Disorderly conduct
7. Liquor laws
8. Violent crime (murder, non-negligent manslaughter, forcible rape, robbery, aggravated assault)
9. Drunkenness
10. Aggravated assault
11. Burglary
12. Vandalism
13. Fraud
14. Weapons violations carrying or possession
15. Curfew and loitering
16. Robbery
17. Offenses against family and children
18. Stolen property buying, receiving, possession
19. Motor vehicle theft
20. Forgery and counterfeiting

6. Disorderly conduct

I couldn't believe this was a felony anywhere, but you're right. This is only a felony in Indiana: in.gov/legislative/ic/code/title35/ar45/ch1.html, though, and only when the disorderly conduct is committed while armed with a deadly weapon.

Major, how did they get away with the .gov or even register the extension? Industry players are getting much too inventive, deceitful and lawless. They should be hanged, drawn and quartered.

I see ... an admission of criminality ... hijacking/hacking into WHITE HOUSE email accounts. On that score, I prefer to remain ignorant.

Hacking into email accounts in an effort to enhance free flow of information is not a crime- at least in my world.
If you don't want your accounts/sites hacked, don't have them in the first place.

The forum is incorrectly attributing quotes to the innocent, again :(

WB's quote are taken from the sick ramblings of the resident psycho's posts.

Seriously, how can Psycho even claim to know how to hijack into a .gov website, let alone White House's emails? Are we supposed to read this as the criminal's confessions?

Mods: Someone here is getting very excited as the date draws near, and can't seem to keep a lid on it, repercussions be damned :)

Queen Sheeba, you are either incredibly deluded or, more likely, just another keyboard hero spouting ridiculous lies in an effort to feel better about themself (note the lack of pronoun, because I doubt you are a woman. As a woman myself, I prefer to think better of my gender and would prefer not to attribute your behaviour to a female person).

You are incapable of "hacking" (actually, cracking would be a more accurate term) anything, since -as evidenced by many of your posts- you are barely capable of typing in English or even maintaining a rational thought.

The idea that the circumvention of cybersecurity protocols would be legal in your part of the world is laughable. Almost every civilized country has strict laws against violation of protected networked systems. And this "extension of the White House" is so on-it's-face absurd that I have to wonder if your postings in this forum are some type of satire. Are you attempting to paint a portrait of a person who has no grip on the real world? If so, congratulations. We all believe you are insane. You may now cease your activities here and go bother somebody else.

Maybe write a poem in Italian (or one of the other 10,000 languages you apparently speak) about how great you are.

Good luck with your thoughts.

barely capable of typing in English or even maintaining a rational thought.

like your sick/incompetent fellows, you're woefully trying to draw a correlation between technical skills and linguistic skills.you'd fare better as an underpaid harlot.

The idea that the circumvention of cybersecurity protocols would be legal in your part of the world is laughable.

That exists in your savage mind. Hacking is a commonplace occurrence that is rarely noticed. Only amateurs get nabbed.

You may now cease your activities here and go bother somebody else.

If you don't like the forum, just leave. No one asked you to join.

Maybe write a poem in Italian.

You may also want to upload one of your dirty sex tapes demonstrating your conjugating 'skills' to bored idiots.

Evidence also indicates that the scammers at paperhelp.org are also committing Federal crimes by HACKING numerous sites and injecting malicious code that redirects other people's victimized sites to paperhelp.org.

Victims can report hacking to the justice.gov/criminal/cybercrime/reporting.html - US Department of Justice.

All of the following home pages (and countless others) listed above serve as link SPAM for paperhelp.org. All of the pages of each site either redirect to paperhelp.org or are infested with paragraphs of computer-generated, "spun" text that are senseless and virtually unreadable.

I am a representative of the Edu-Profit Affiliate Program. PaperHelp is our landing page. The websites that link to PaperHelp are our affiliates' websites. Yet, some of our affiliates violate our terms and conditions (link - edu-profit/terms-and-conditions.html), and resort to black-hat techniques. We exclude them from our system for violating our rules. Thank you for posting this info. We would also be really grateful for any additional information that can help us detect dishonest affiliates.

"Dirk," you're full of s-i*. Isn't it funny how ALL of your "affiliates" just happen to be Ukrainian scammers who have a long track record of fraud in the industry and other, preexisting ties to your ripoff company/sites?

You're a lying, scamming, spamming, hacking piece of trash. You've been engaging in such activities WELL before you launched your little "affiliate program" at paperhelp.org as a convenient cover story (i.e., "excuse") for your crimes. You think that you're smart, but you're not.

By the way, dumb, your "landing page" (paperhelp.org) is MUCH OLDER than edu-profit.com[DND*].

edu-profit.com[DND*]
created on August 30, 2010

paperhelp.org
created on April 3, 2008

I have in my possession solid evidence-dating back to early, 2010-that paperhelp.org is directly tied to the following sites from "Brownie Freelance" and "BrainRouter LTD":

accountingpapers.net (currently spamming for paperhelp.org)
advancedwriters.com
affordablepapers.com
assignmentexpert.com
customwritings.com
essaypro.net
evolutionwriters.com
mastersthesiswriting.com
midterm.us
writing-expert.com
etc.

Apparently, Google has made it very easy to report such spammers.

By now I'm a little tired of filling out the spam report forms on Google. But here is what I found I would not expect to find - check out this search term: best essay review: https://www.google.com/search?q=best+essay+review.

On the very first result - BOTH in the organic search AND in Google News, there is this page: palebluenews.co.uk/23201403/best-essay-writing-service-review-983 .html that is redirecting to a Ukrainian essay service. Maybe when more people submit the fraudulent SEO technique, Google will do something about that. For now it looks that the news website may be working directly with the spammers (unless their site was hacked).

More evidence regarding paperhelp.org hacking:

blog.sucuri.net/2014/02/not-just-pills-or-payday-loans-its-essay-seo-spam.html

More: blackhatworld/blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo/335602-site-hacked-what.html

Check out google.com/search?q=%22College+Writing+Help%22 for "college writing help" in Google. Page after page is filled with hacked, redirected sites, all of which are victims of the Ukrainians.

Technical details about the hackers:

https://essayscam.org/forum/gt/ordercustompaper-customwritings-hacking-links-3122/

After briefly studying the code of 10 hacked sites, the Ukrainians appear to be focused on targeting Wordpress sites that have no security. THIS IS AN EASY FIX, PEOPLE! Following are the two most popular Wordpress plugins for blocking hackers:

wordpress.org/plugins/better-wp-security/
wordpress.org/plugins/wordfence/

After installing either one of those security plugins, your Wordpress site will instantly become virtually impervious to any form of hack, link injection, content injection, hidden redirection, etc.

I will soon post a new thread in which I go into much more detail regarding ways to protect your site AND report the attackers to Google and the FBI.

Hmm, all sites that handle transactions must have an SSL certificate.

That is entirely false. There is absolutely nothing to stop a fraudster from setting up a non-secure payment form. SSL merely prevents third-party hackers from intercepting the data.
EssayCrate  - | 22   Company Representative
Sep 22, 2016 | #38
I meant more from a legal perspective. If you handle transactions online, you must have an SSL by law (In the US at least). So if that site doesn't use an SSL, it shows that they aren't complying with basic site security/privacy. Which in turn, makes them a bit harder to trust. But what you said is also true.

Why can't people stay on point with discussions here? Do most participants here really have that short an attention span? Or does the majority of the writers here really just exist to bicker with one another? I mean really, this thread started with Spam Report discussions then it spun out of control. Why can't a decent conclusion to a thread discussion ever happen at ES?
