Reliable Writing Service is sending me over the edge

Am not going to type much because it's late night here and I'm mentally drained.

In an nutshell, I've placed an order for a 3,500 word essay from Reliable Writing Service on 29/3. It was due on 2/4 @ 4am E.T. Now it's been 7 hours overdue (although I gave the writer a 5 hour extension). There has been no reply from customer support at all and as for the writer after several unreplied messages he's telling me not to worry, "You are receiving it in few hours". I haven't even granted him any further extension and he tells me not to worry....with broken English to boot?!

And that is why I'm mentally drained. My order no.#R5577. Enough said.

I've just been one of their best writers since 2003 but I don't "represent" or speak for the company.
Sometimes, I do try to answer legitimate customer questions here if I happen to know the answer, and
I always respond truthfully to refute the blatant lies about the company from competitors that I know, first-hand, cannot be true, such as those typically coming from Stu4.

I'd expect the OP to get a response from customer service in a reasonable time but I have no access to any information about the order.

Thanks for going off topic guys. Anyway, it has now been 14 hours after the original deadline and 9 hours past the extended one and I still haven't got my paper nor a reply from support. Am I entitled for a refund?

Do you REALLY think that irresponsibly b**-hing and moaning HERE-while your order is still pending-is a brilliant idea? Do you realize that the crap you post here is PERMANENT? How would you like it if the company were to fly off the handle (like you) and post personal garbage about you?

Thanks for your advice Writers Beware, but I'm staying for now as I am genuinely wanting to share my experience with prospective customers of Reliable Essay Writing Service. I'm sorry if sharing my information here is implied as "b**-hing" to you. Fact remains that my paper is late...way past the deadline (even way past the extension)

Just putting this out there and hoping someone in the know could help me on whether or not I am entitled to a refund or not?

Just to update....I've got my paper. looks ok. Just disappointed it was late. End of story.

I am embarrassed to say I used this site, with DISASTROUS results. I should have never used it in the first place however, I ran out of time and I didn't know what to do. These people almost cost me my degree, and still might have. Day after day they promised that everything was on track and I would have my order with enough time to go over it, edit it, make it my own. First it was a few hours late, then a day late, and finally two days late, while still assuring me everything was fine. I basically realised it was never happening, probably three days too late and attempted to turn at least SOMETHING in so I didn't get a zero and fail my degree.

I don't know how these people can take advantage, if I couldn't turn something in I would have had to redo this year and been unable to accept my job offer throwing me further into debt.

This is clearly MY fault, and I do not shirk away from the blame, my only aim in discussing this is to BEG BEG BEG people not to use this service. They promise you the world and almost cost me everything, on top of a 600 dollar price tag. PLEASE listen to this warning, no matter how bad your timing may be, you need to find a different option because feeling helpless and putting your faith in a completely flawed and corrupt system is NOT THE WAY.

Furthermore, they never even gave me the work and seven days later I am still waiting for my refund. PLEASE PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE.
