Forum Policies and Purpose (some members try to trample all over the policies)

Mods - most here respect free speech and the boundaries which are attached to its exercise. A very visible and vocal handful does not. This group has perverted the purpose of the forum and trampled all over its policies. This group has to be banned:

Researcher
Anky
FractureGang
(this is just from the top of my head but am sure that there are others).

1) This is an industry forum and yet, they deny any connections to the industry.

2) Their sole purpose here is to attack other members and make fun of, or mislead, students seeking advice.

3) They are vulgar, uncouth and have nothing of value to contribute.

Why should we have to suffer the presence of mentally disturbed posters? How about racist posters - ones whose posts are littered with racist slurs?

I understand that these posters claim that they want to expose the rest of us for the liars and scammers they claim us to be. Well, they had their chance and they failed. They have exposed nothing and no one. If they have evidence against any of us, then by all means they should post their `evidence.' If they cannot (due to the absence of any evidence), they should shut up and get out.

I am not going to refer to the vulgar and crass personal insults they have directed against most here but to their persistent defamation of other companies. They have targeted specific companies and launched barrages of insults against them. Where is their proof that these companies are scammers or provide customers with low-quality, cheap and plagiarised researches? If they cannot prove their claims, they should not be allowed to make them.

In comparison, when other members establish the dishonesty of specific essay sites and their owners, they are attacked by this group. They are labelled liars and `libellers,' despite the presence of verifiable and unquestionable evidence.

Mods - as you know, members of this group are using proxy IP's because they believe that concealment gives them the freedom to libel, defame and insult without legal repercussions. The fact that this is an ignorant assumption aside, it really means you should find a way to ban proxy IP's.

The named people, chief amongst which is Liar, have perverted the purpose of this forum and have to go.

You cannot develop a uniform policy on this site because the biased positions are already known. When you complain of insults from some quarters i presume its because of frustrations and "funny" diversion tactics used by some guys/ladies here when cornered.

Bekfreelancer gave detailed information about uncooth behavior of people around and how they are masquerading..Instead of substantiating the "false"claims they resorted to name calling and excuses but the newbie stood to the ground and posted more facts which unfortunately was not challenged but rather he was blocked from this site and his topic deleted completely.

Membership here is a privilege, not a right. The abusers' opinion matters not. They've made their beds. They know that they are lying. The evidence to both prove their accusations false and justify any disciplinary action against them speaks for itself, and will stand up to ANY legitimate scrutiny.

Mod, if you insist on allowing them to maintain their posting privileges, all of their posts should automatically filter into "Off-Topic Chat" by default. They should not have the privilege to post in any other section.
