ordered their 34.99 service by mistake (it was my fault that I didn't read their page clearly) but they were nice enough and told me they would give me a refund after I place another order (the one I want; customer research) So I did.
They sent me the paper on time but didn't meet the instruction , so I asked them for a re-write, their writer first told me he will send me a re-write in 48 hours and they even email me and told me that their Writing Network has up to 72 hours to revise their research material pursuant to my request, depending on the extent and depth of the necessary revision.
Anyway I finally received another paper on 11/29 (the deadline on the order was 11/22). which was almost exactly the same as last one.
I email them again for the refund they promised me, after a couple emails they gave me 2 password told me that I can use it anytime for two 34.99 service order. (so no refund), I used one of the password last week to placed an order for their 34.99 service, deadline was 12/10 (or 12/11), I started to email them ask for the paper again on 12/10 ......again and again ...I got no reply what so ever! The only reply I got is one of the guy name Spencer (who I email to when I was ordering the customer research), but he told me I have to email academic paper customer service (which I email a 100 times already) he is not responsible for 34.99 service. I even filled their question form to ask about the order....and its 12/14 now...I still haven't get any word from them about my paper.
I am so mad. I am never going to do business with them! They really don't deserve to have Essay Protection sign on their page! I can understand being busy, and its ok with me to wait a day or two ...but no answer at all with no order been sent to me on time....I can't agree with their 100% guarantee, and superb customer service (thats what they said on their website)! and now....I guess there is nothing I can do anymore since they do not reply any email. and I do not want to waste my time on them anymore. :(
