Research paper sent on time, but writer didn't follow essay instructions

ordered their 34.99 service by mistake (it was my fault that I didn't read their page clearly) but they were nice enough and told me they would give me a refund after I place another order (the one I want; customer research) So I did.

They sent me the paper on time but didn't meet the instruction , so I asked them for a re-write, their writer first told me he will send me a re-write in 48 hours and they even email me and told me that their Writing Network has up to 72 hours to revise their research material pursuant to my request, depending on the extent and depth of the necessary revision.

Anyway I finally received another paper on 11/29 (the deadline on the order was 11/22). which was almost exactly the same as last one.

I email them again for the refund they promised me, after a couple emails they gave me 2 password told me that I can use it anytime for two 34.99 service order. (so no refund), I used one of the password last week to placed an order for their 34.99 service, deadline was 12/10 (or 12/11), I started to email them ask for the paper again on 12/10 ......again and again ...I got no reply what so ever! The only reply I got is one of the guy name Spencer (who I email to when I was ordering the customer research), but he told me I have to email academic paper customer service (which I email a 100 times already) he is not responsible for 34.99 service. I even filled their question form to ask about the order....and its 12/14 now...I still haven't get any word from them about my paper.

I am so mad. I am never going to do business with them! They really don't deserve to have Essay Protection sign on their page! I can understand being busy, and its ok with me to wait a day or two ...but no answer at all with no order been sent to me on time....I can't agree with their 100% guarantee, and superb customer service (thats what they said on their website)! and now....I guess there is nothing I can do anymore since they do not reply any email. and I do not want to waste my time on them anymore. :(

You should always be very clear about your research requirement. The following is a set of instructions I received several years ago from one of my clients. I wish all of them were so detail-oriented and engaged :)

I would like you to significantly improve and expand a Thesis that I am conducting that deals with the development of the marketing strategy of a language school. The language school is located in Spain and is planning to expand its business operations to the Russian market.

The Thesis consists of two clearly differentiated (though totally complementary) parts: (1) the theoretical framework; and (2) the resulting product.

The part that should be improved and expanded is the theoretical framework, which is the document that I will provide you with. 12 new pages should be written and integrated harmoniously into the existing ones. It is very important that the final result (the combination of the already written text and your 12 new pages) presents the following characteristics:

- Excellent balance and consistency: relationship between the main chapters and subchapters, enough and relevant content for each section, an introduction for every section, etc.

- Excellent coherence and reliability: organization of text, the language is clear, coherent.

10 new bibliographic sources should be used from peer-reviewed and up-to-date articles from renowned business/management journals, having these sources to be absolutely relevant to the topics covered in the project.

For the sources of the "expanded marketing mix for services (3 Ps)" section, it would be more than advisable to use information from the book [...]

I have marked in yellow color those sections of the text that require improvements. In addition, I am also kindly asking you to improve or fine-tune, if you feel it necessary: (i) the table of contents (ToC); (ii) relocate some paragraphs from one place to another; and (iii) the main research problem and the derived research questions. The reason is that one of the suggestions that I received from my Thesis supervisor is that the Thesis, in its current structure (ToC), is lacking focus/depth and the scope is too broad. Moreover, the entire theoretical framework should be very coherent, logical, progressive and based on solid business theories, and all these issues are also to be improved.

During the writing process, I would like to be in contact with you regularly to ensure that you have understood my directions, that everything is proceeding smoothly and correctly, to check that your changes/improvements/suggestions are OK, and so that you can rapidly reach me in case you have any doubts. I will be more than happy to answer any doubts/feedback.
