stu4 owns scam writing sites in Ukraine and doesn't handle legitimate competition very well.

I see.

It baffles the mind as to how University students can fall prey to these types. The mere fact that they are in an institution that is based on research, one would assume that they would at least research who is doing their work for them?

Then again, University students aren't all that smart to begin with...

First, if you're implying that you are a "lawyer doctor nurse". You really need to invest in a dictionary.

Actually I am chief...and you are the one that is incorrect. I understand that this forum is the only thing you have in your sad life that is worth any value to you, but the truth is the truth. You can say what you want and call me what you want. The fact remains that I know and you know. Have fun writing your papers for days on end. I have a real job with a real income and I perform my writing on the side...when I want. I do not need to write. You are the typical "attack everybody to make yourself feel superior" forum poster. I imagine you are much older than me and more than likely live with an older relative. I also suspect that you are overweight, and lacking in the most basic of social skills. If this forum is all you have in your life then I will leave you to it. I just thought somebody should put you in your place and take you down a notch. You are not that intelligent and you are the authority on nothing. I guarantee I am more educated than you. I have a JD from South Texas College of Law and my MD from TAMU Medicine. Nursing degree from LUPA.

All in Texas. You can doubt what you want to doubt. What degrees did you achieve? Some BS B.S. degree? Figured as much. Now pipe down and know your role in life. You are the loser and will always be the loser. You should understand that you are the master in your own little world only, and you are but a speck in the real world. You amount to nothing and you will always amount to nothing because you are afraid to pursue anything further. Call it upbringing or call it a basic lack of genetic courage. Whatever it is, you have it and it is holding you back. Now...stop writing...get educated....and get a job. Also, get a woman and your own place....and a gym membership.

Yes, imaginary degrees are good, too!

Why is this person always arguing?

I'm not.

How come he is always available to reply?

I'm not.

I mean how much time this guy have?

It doesn't take that long to give you a spanking.

Was AllanJohn referring to Pheelyks, or addressing him?

Average WriterMre, in your early posts on the topic, you deride Pheelyks for "attacking" you. However, in your subsequent posts, you become extremely aggressive and say things that wouldn't be out of place on an elementary school playground. I would have thought a lawyer/nurse/doctor would be classier, even if they felt they were in the right. "Know your role...you're the loser and will always be the loser" sounds like it stems from a personal vendetta, not tit for tat banter over a disagreement. And why is a bachelor's degree BS? You had to get one at some point. Was yours BS too?

Weighing in on the "fourth wall" issue...I don't think it was the most appropriate expression, but I see where you're coming from. I think you meant it in the sense that there are rules/codes that forum members abide by (such as the 'code' that you are living a scene as though it's real life, even though there is implicit understanding from both the actors and audience that the scenes are being viewed by an external audience-or else there wouldn't be lighting and voice projection, etc.) which can then be broken by someone doing or saying something that the original "code" doesn't include (such as giving a recommendation or speaking to the audience, making the understanding explicit). However, I would argue that the deviation from the "code" in the case of a fourth wall break is extremely specific and has to do with the relationship between the actor and audience. Also, the purpose for the break is entirely different.

If I'm eating at a restaurant and suddenly start spraying Pepsi everywhere, I'm not "breaking the fourth wall" simply because I'm breaking a rule that everyone else follows. If I'm talking to an overweight friend and say "You're really fat, you know", I'm not breaking the fourth wall just because "I'm not supposed to say that." Most of the time in theater (in which I've had zero education, I must disclose), there's a sense of duplicity after the fourth wall is broken. The audience starts off as a passive observer, a bit of a voyeur, and then when the fourth wall is broken, for example when an actor turns his head and whispers a snide remark to the audience that the other actors on stage don't hear, the audience enters into a second "relationship" with that actor. The audience members are put into a position of complicity instead of objectivity. The actor who broke the fourth wall exists in the scene with the other actors, but he or she also exists outside it in an exchange with the audience. This particular dynamic doesn't happen in the situation to which you applied the term, which is why I believe it's an imperfect analogy.

I must admit, I was a lawyer first. Have you ever met a lawyer? When we go on the attack, we are relentless. Daniel is and always has been the first to criticize any poster for any mistake. You don't have to correct people at every turn. I understand why he does what he does and his responses to me have proven my position. Most high school teachers have a big chip on their shoulder...even more than a college professor. At least a college professor can receive a tenure. High school teachers have a pecking order as well. The top would include your science / math teachers. The bottom of the barrel would include your PE and dance/theater teachers. One could say that the football coach may be the top position in most high schools...but in every high school the bottom of the barrel remains the same. The guy is a joke and I have been reading his posts for some time now biting my tongue. I got tired of his condescending attitude toward every poster, so I put him in his place...which is at the bottom of the barrel.

Lies.

Daniel is and always has been the first to criticize any poster for any mistake.

Nope.

You don't have to correct people at every turn

We're on a forum that has to do with language use. You used language wrong. I didn't criticize or attack you, I simply corrected your mistake. You got really pissed off and started flying off the handle--that's teh behavior of a crazed defendant, not an experienced lawyer.

Most high school teachers have a big chip on their shoulder

Really? Not in my experience.

High school teachers have a pecking order as well. The top would include your science / math teachers. The bottom of the barrel would include your PE and dance/theater teachers.

Do you just make this up as you go along, or do you get all of your information from bad 80s high school movies?

so I put him in his place

Yeah, you sure showed me. Using a metaphor incorrectly, desperately trying to defend yourself against a very simple correction, and turning to personal attacks when your intelligence failed you. I'm definitely "in my place" now.

Here should be ";" not ",". Get back to grammar class.

If you're going to attempt to correct someone else's "grammar" (it's "punctuation," dumb), you may want to avoid making lack-of-knowledge errors in punctuation in the same sentence. You omitted the necessary comma directly after the semicolon. Also, the period goes INSIDE of the closing quotation mark.

pheelyks.com..............shady website, no phone, no physical address

Just checked this website and it seems to belong to a previous fraudster well known for reporting students to their universities.
A part from the website's woeful design and wobbly assembled codes, the 'customer service' interface is nothing more than a gmail address.
WB, i thought you recently yelled(as usual) that students shouldn't use anonymous gmail account writers, OK? Well what do you say about your former accomplice?

I'd caution students to beware of this outfit that has the web-copy done by an incompetent ESL.
Any student with nasty experience from this site should paste their gripe here.

Danielaka pheelyks is well known for snitching students.

Once, after he got banned from this site, he posted a student's work under 'HiThere.'

Working with Uvocorp, he was once rightlfulyl denied his payments for his incompetence and had the student expelled after pasting his work here

Evidence indicates that the reason UVocorp- a website known for hiring less than qualified writers- fired him was because of his weak research skills, paraphrasing wikipedia, missing deadlines, poor referencing, plagiarism and his woeful attempts to market himself as an 'American Writer' though he only holds a weird degree in Drama and some funny training in scripting plays.

His acting 'skills' are as good as squirrel behind a wheel

More evidence: He holds a Professional Training Certificate in Acting, making him woefully incompetent to engage in serious research and academic work.

@Mod, given that Pheelyks has intentionally opted to discredit this site, obviously spurred by your decision to ban him from using this forum as his marketing space/ dispute resolution center, wouldn't be nice if you took legal actions against his malicious statement pasted on his page?

It's also not proper to retain his accomplice-WB- given that the latter is well aware of Pheelyks malice but has chosen to remain mum about it.

Because of Pheelyks ferocious scams and his unwarranted attacks on me when he was still a member, i am 100% dedicated to ensure that i destroy the last remaining bit of his business. He can't just be allowed to roam free, reporting students to their professors.

here's the culprit. He needs to shave.

And he's stolen $400 from a bitter student
