I don't have any first-hand experience with them; at first, they look legit. Do you mean whystudynow.com?

However, they claim they do:

Online tests, quizzes or homework

which puts them on the 'we help you cheat' category. They would surely not be recommended by any serious academic institution or a US/UK-based attorney.

Should students go to college and study hard these days? That's a good question. Below is a throughout answer on that, written in a form of a college admission essay answer.

Why I Am Attending College

Why College StudyAlthough not everyone aims to obtain a college degree, preferring instead to join the workforce right after high school, there are still many people who believe in the importance of a college diploma. Short-term employment is available for everyone but a long-term one with prospects for career growth is mainly reserved to those who have received formal education and completed at least a bachelor's degree. Formal education does not guarantee that an individual will be a productive member of an organization; but I believe that a person who has successfully completed a college education will be viewed as someone who looks beyond the present and someone who is willing to work hard to achieve whatever goal is set for the future.

I am attending college mainly because I believe that this will open the door to countless opportunities, including becoming a diplomatic attaché. I believe that college education will provide me with the necessary skills and knowledge that would enable me to proactively compete in the labor market in the future, as well as, hone my leadership qualities, enhance my interpersonal skills, boost my self-confidence and cultivate my critical thinking. For these reasons, I have decided to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with concentration on International Relations. Taking up this course will enable me to expand my knowledge on global rules, laws and universal trade agreements. Among my other plans is to proceed to graduate school right after obtaining my Bachelor's Degree. Even if I will not ultimately pursue a career in the diplomatic service, my education will still be highly relevant in a globalized world where professionals do not only compete with local candidates but also of others from various regions of the world. With a college degree and a future advanced degree in my chosen field, I will be able to effectively compete with other professionals.

I am privileged to be part of this generation when digital technologies provide learners with easier access to more information. Modern technology will allow me undertake comprehensive research on relevant topics and disciplines, which will ultimately equip me as I venture into the life of a professional. Aside from facilitating my learning, these digital technologies will also enable me to use social networking as a medium to create social change, which is one of the fundamental goals of diplomats. Technology allows for an exchange of thoughts and ideas without having to be in the same physical location.

Combined with diligence, perseverance and focus, my constant thirst for learning will enable me to harness valuable resources being offered by UNI to students. While in college, I will also strive to establish meaningful relationships with mentors who will be my guides as I endeavor to realize my dreams. If possible, I would have as mentors people who are already serving as members of diplomatic service so that I would gain more knowledge from their experiences and insights.

I am aware that college life is not a bed of roses, and that I will be accosted with certain difficulties along the way, such as the desire to just stop when the going becomes quite difficult. I believe that every college student will come at a point in his or her studies that lessons and examinations would be overwhelming. To prepare for these, I constantly remind myself to be more organized, and have cultivated the habit of creating short- and long-term goals, with every intention of accomplishing those goals. I am certain that college will be a most rewarding and fulfilling experience and I am fully ready to embrace the challenges which I know will only ultimately enhance my learning.
