In my opinion, it's another Ukrainian ripoff site.

I believe that is called plausible deniability. They refuse to acknowledge being a part of the other company because of the effects such an admission would have on their currently represented company. Therefore, they claim ignorance. In other words, they are covering their butts because they know that the person they are talking to knows the truth. Hahaha !

This particular url has been retired by the parent company. It appears that the company has several sub domains under their umbrella, all leading to the main company server. There was a consensus among the investors that their non performing or problematic affiliate sites should be retired or taken off line as a cost cutting measure. The partners did not want to continue to spend on a company that could not satisfy client needs and instead, endangered the existence of their regular and client trusted companies. Not that their other companies are problem free. They just wanted to limit their damange control expenses more than anything else.
