How thedissertation.co.uk be legally banned?

Hi all,

As many of us remained the prey of the frauds of thedissertation.co.uk I am planning now to bring them to the court and ban their frauds for ever.#

I actually paid this company 3000 GBP for my dissertation and what they sent me was a non sense, a cut and paste from a single article. They never delivered that rubbish on time even. I asked them for my refund. they told me that they will refund 50% only.

Because I have all their transcripts, their work sent to me and the calls recordings and my financial advisor help, they finally agreed that they will refund me the full amount but I got the 85% of my total paid money.

I know how strong is my case and thats why I am going legally against them to close their company or website at least which will cast them a lot. Is there anyone knows about the fastest and accurate way of doing so.

Hope it will save many from the future frauds of such companies.

thedissertation.co.uk = fraudulent site from Karachi, Pakistan

The parent company of thedissertation.co.uk is currently being sued (AGAIN) in US District Court, but this time for its operation of hundreds of fake degree sites.

I make the payment to them and after i day, I said I want to cancel request... but the company said... no way to refund as it is aldy paid the writer.... Kindly advice me how should i go further? Thanks

@Mash: To be honest, you really can't do anything legally that would ban them from business. Not just you, its not even in the hands of the US District Court. They have hundreds and hundreds of websites, they still won't close one! thedissertation comes later, didn't you notice a sack full of them? theessay, theassignment, thethesis, thecousework and many many many many many moreeeeeeee. I think the lead this market/imdustry with a 50% revenue from the entire industry, that goes into their pocket! They do it by coming up with a new brand of research website every week or should i say twice a day :p Brand name "THE" is one of the oldest brands of the organization, in business since decades and I don't think anyone has the balls to...


SNR might fail again as they did in the past, (not that im on anyone's side, just informing the viewers with a few facts!) US courts have no legal status outside the US! I guess SNR had to close their operations on essayfraud, IF im correct, the site doesn't exist now? But i can't recall of a situation where the parent organization of brand name "THE" closed any of their websites, not even a single one of them. I can refer to various occasions where SNR had to back off... Essay Fraud is just one of the examples

@danielchong888: Call/Email and ask for you 100% Money Back and while requesting your refund do tell them that if they don't process it, you would file a dispute with your bank. (You will have your money refunded asap then)

There are no "facts" in your post, you ignorant piece os s-i*. SNR won the lawsuit, easily. SNR was awarded almost $700,000 in cash and full ownership of all 555 of the Pakistani company's Web sites that existed at the time.

Many thanks.... I have filed the dispute form. The gateaway company has sent me an email that my 3 refunds are in process and yesterday I have emailed them again for the funds and according to the gateaway company, Mastercard aldy eletrconically confirmed received. Now waiting payment back only.... thedissertation.co.uk keep calling me few days back keep asking me to cancel my query with this gatewaway company and ask me to tell the gateaway company that I am happy with their service.... Becareful of this company and dont fall into their trap.

What is a gateaway company? Did you mean get away company? What is aldy? Did you mean already? It's a wonder you were able to properly fill out the refund form. Complainants with your writing skills do not usually end up winning the refund case. I bet the company just gave you the runaround and you never saw a cent of the refund they promised you.

There appears to be some company squatting on the domain name, hoping to sell it at a profit. I sincerely doubt that will happen. There are not enough positive reviews to support a high cost for reselling the name. It appears that no lawsuit was filed against them, since it is difficult to file a claim against an internet based company that has a fictitious address and phone number. There is no international court that will take on such a case. So the domain name can be resold, how soon remains to be seen. Here's hoping that the umbrella companies shut down the same time as the mother company. That is the only way to legally get rid of their scam companies.
