I have been scammed I think
I ordered my dissertation in the company name thedissertation and they been waiting for payment from me I haven't paid because I wanted to check the reaction.

They haven't beed calling me doidn't answered on my emails etc.
So my opinion is they wanted to scam me !!
Now I need to find something different more save ! and I hope to find some help here :)
Anybody ever had any problems with people from Essaybay ???

As I already mentioned, thedissertation.co.uk is a blatantly fraudulent site from Karachi, Pakistan.

Conduct research in this forum, and you will be able to determine which sites NOT to use. That is the most help that i can give to you. Instead of asking about a site, use the search box. That is, indeed, the reason why I spend so much time posting information.

WB is right. But also do not forget to check the sites listed on the BANNED LIST.

Scam Essay Writing company

the link given above is an essay writing company I found on internet. they have several claims there but nothing at all is there in real.

They charged me 3000 for 1st class work but they were sending me an article pasted word by word.

I have been waiting for one chapter for 4 months which was a 6 das job only. I never found them on phone or on chat after I placed the order and paid the money.

My money is still with them and I have all the chats with them and all the proofs of plagiarism. Is any one UK based citizen there help me out how to claim my money back and the time they have wasted/cheated.

I paid it by my credit card.
I will highly appreciate your help.

If you paid them 3000 four months ago, you're probably out of luck....and out of your mind for spending that much on a company on an initial order. You can try starting a chargeback proceeding with your credit card company, but these usually have to happen within a certain time from placing the order--good luck. Be sure to explain the plagiarism issue, and I assume that if you've been waiting this long they have been in contact with you, however sporadically, assuring you that the order is "on its way." The credit card company may consider this an ongoing fraud issue and extend the time period in which they will initiate a chargeback, but I kind of doubt it...

Yes, I did realise now that I commited a blunder. I worked day and night to save this money but at the end of the day they just cheat on me.

I have all the calls recorded, the chat transcripts prints out and the material they sent to me with me. I contacted with the financial legal advisor as well as the credit card commpany and they assured me it is a high fraud and I have to claim extra for loosing my deadline as well as money.

I hope I will get it but yah all others have to learn and search extra to find the right company rather the SCAM ONES

i given them my dissertation for 1st class standard and i failed because the simply copy and paste work from others website.

i claimed money back from them but i have lost my one year of study , i have to repeat whole one year.

Please , Please dont not trust this company....its copy and paste work. do not waste your time and money and your one year university life with this company.

do it by yourself ur dissertation at least you will get C grade rather then fail and repeat whole year .

this website scammed me as i payed 500GBP for a 2:1 10,000 words dissertation. and guess what i got after 2 weeks of making me believe they're serious academic and professional because you know i have to admit they have a very dedicated information service. they're available 24/7 and they even call you on your mobile phone to mislead you DON'T GET INTO THEIR TRAP. well after two weeks they delivered my 12,201 words. i was sooooo happy i went into my university plagiarism software and there it was 85% plagiarism it was exactly a copy-paste from an existing article on scienc edirect except the abstract and the cover page. when i contacted them they did not believe it was a copy-paste so i sent them the proof so they rewrote it and they decreased the plagiarism percentage to 65%. And when i claimed my money back they refused and they even refused to talk to me on the phone or even the live chat using a block system. And guess what? the dissertation was not even about the subject i asked them to write about. Beware guys they're fraud i also googled them and another guy has experienced the same as me with them if you dont believe me google them yourself (thedissertation.co.uk scam or the other website).

i payed with my credit card then they sent me a form that i had to fill but it says that no refund is accepted but only paper revision on request so i could ask them to revise the dissertation as much as i want but never ask for a refund and even with the revision you will always get high percent of plagiarism even though on their website they said original work and 100% plagiarism free

I have spoken to several students regarding this company. They do not have any complaints about the before, during, and after sales service. The client assistants supposedly go out of their way to help the client, even after the order has been completed. The writers are also said to be helpful and eager to communicate with the student. This leads to the writer delivering a satisfactory paper for the client. Not once did the students I spoke to ever think of asking for a refund because they always got the grades that they expected. I guess this is pretty much good enough information for students to consider hiring their services. See the truth for yourself. I can only share information as I received it.

I cannot be entirely certain as to when this company left the word wide web. All I know is that the domain name might still be up for sale. Indicating that the domain name has been on the sale block for several years now, with no serious takers. I have been asking around and it is truly difficult to sell an academic writing domain name these days. There is a background check being done on the company names, just to make sure that there is no problem with it and it can be used effectively by the new owner. The problem is that these companies usually come back with a negative check, leading to the disinterest in the domain name. Business people only show interest in buying domain names that accompany a good review from previous clients as they wish to win back those clients once they relaunch the name and services.
