Good for you :) If you did not receive that which you paid for, you are entitled to a full refund. Worse thing is, most students do not pursue it and allow sites to provide them with unusable, shoddy work. This is theft.

The law is on your side. The Sale of Goods and Services Act quite clearly states that the service/good received must comply with the provider/seller's advertised claims. Your expectation is, therefore, a legal right :)

1) a British male
2) the published author of scholarly works
3) an English professor
4) a fellow of the Royal Society of Literature (you know, Samuel Taylor Coleridge, Charles Dickens, William Butler Yates, etc., were all fellows there - but not people like Eliot, any of the Brontes, etc)
5) the founder and owner of a multi-million pound commercial empire
And in her spare time, she comes here and posts valuable information. The mods have, rather spitefully, banned her several times. As she, however, is intent on helping all of you, she has taken out countless ID's and made hundreds of posts (as many as 42 in one day). Don't you appreciate any of this?
