turtorspoint.com's writer is not a good web for writing dissertation. I've ordered their work but many of text in the work are directly copied from other sources. Also, they are not familiar with the structure of thesis. i suspect whether I'm unlucky to be selected by a writer. Or the quality of writer in this web is below average

Student TutorRight, I do not wanna disclose too much information here. I haven't provided the cell number since it's a long distance order. I just wanna say I've written very detailed specifications for the writers and replied all the writer's needs at once. However, the writer's draft often skipped some requirements though I've sent the reminders to him.

Also, what I did the most wrong is I expect the writer know the basic structure of thesis (e.g. what's in "Conclusion" chapter, what's in "Result" chapter) but he didn't. I would like to clarify that the writer is willing to adjust the thesis but obviously he is not a skillful writer.

The worst thing triggering my anger is that much content are copied from some sources and then edited a bit as the body text of a chapter. A high proportion of text cannot pass the originality test of Turnitin but it's already edited once by the writer before. The writer is amending the work again for me now but I'm a bit angry about the quality.

Maybe I'm not right to complain the company here since I hvn't got the final product.
I just wanna release my anger here.

We have qualified experts and tutors provide individual attention for each student and every problem of them is taken care of.

24*7 service is for the general assignment help but does not for the writing service. In fact the email replies from the writer are often late, which caused frequent delays of draft submission.(around 2-3 days)

I'm very disappointed about their services. They even said that my specifications are too strict to work with as the reason of poor quality work. Is that the reason of the plagiarism problem? I listed all the things clearly and got their agreement before each decision. How can they reply in this attitude? Also, many content departs from the specifications. It seems that the writer hasn't read the specification clearly but shift the responsibilities to me.

It's especially funny and impressive that the "Conclusion" chapter of a thesis is just a few sentence of new ideas but not the overview of the paper and the answers to the problem statements. Then the live-chat operator tell me it's because I haven't made the specifications in conclusion part. wtf? Conclusion of a thesis is of coz a summary/overview of the paper and consistent with the problem statement. Is that I need to teach them how to write a conclusion?

A lot of companies in this industry keep a box of idiot punching-bags who have no power to help anyone working 24/7, and then act like it makes them "customer-friendly."

Lines were quoted to prove the poor quality of English, any sensible person will not place an order after reading what is mentioned on their website. Delays in the writer's reply shows how important the clients are for the company.

No writing company has the right to claim of your specification being firm after the order was placed. Work would be absolutely bull s**t if it deviates from the initial instructions..

You have no business critiquing anyone else's command of the written word in the English language.

Being a long distance client, [what] can I do?

Go back in time, use common sense, and do not order from that site.

BTW, TheEssays0nline is a proven fraudster.

dissertation

Hey there,

I am not sure whether tutorspoint.com is a scam or not. I also tried one of the tutoring services, and it was totally useless. You might want to try custompapers.com instead. I've heard about them through a friend, and I highly recommend them. I needed a personal statement for one of the top graduate programs in the US, and they have done a great job. Once I am in the program, I will be writing a lot of research papers, and will continue to use their service. Hope this helps.

Good luck.

It appears that tutorspoint.com focuses mostly on mathematical and scientific paper writing. My sources tell me that the company does pretty well in these areas. They have repeat clients during the semester and most of their new clients come from satisfied referrals, especially if you are an international student. They seem to be dedicated to providing quality work to the users and, they make sure to stay in touch with the client, specially when it comes to instruction clarifications. They do not have a high rate of refund claims. Probably because their writers are actually paying attention to their jobs and the company is focused on a singular expertise.

I have no idea why a student would even consider hiring this company. They cannot even get their own blurbs right. The fact that their copy is nonsensical, does not use punctuation marks, and sounds like it was written by a beginner ESL should be considered the red flags that inform you not to hire their services. Remember that their website is a live sample of how their writers produce content for you. In this case, it is pretty obvious that they cannot produce even the most basic of good quality content for any student. It is safe to say that this is one scam site that somehow manages to stay in the business. I would say do not hire them for any purpose.
