"UPS Store" - Fake address of bestessays.com / superiorpapers.com[DND*] (essaywriters.net)

WritersBeware
Sep 15, 2008 | #1
I arranged for someone to visit the "corporate" address of "Universal Research Incorporated," which owns and operates the following, verifiably fraudulent Web sites (including essaywriters.net[DND*]):

bestessays.com[DND*]
besttermpaper.com[DND*]
DissertationsExperts.com
essaywriters.net[DND*]
Killer-Content.com
ResumesExperts.com
resumesplanet.com[DND*]
rushessay.com[DND*]
superiorpapers.com[DND*]
UniversalResearch.net

The Ukrainian owners (Olga and Yuri) intentionally lie to American consumers by advertising that bestessays.com[DND*], resumesplanet.com[DND*], rushessay.com[DND*], and superiorpapers.com[DND*] are physically located at the following address:

Universal Research Incorporated
11654 Plaza America Dr. #365
Reston VA 20190

To prevent their FAKE address from being indexed in Google's search results, they advertise that address on their sites in the form of an IMAGE, rather than regular text. (See bestessays.com[DND*]/images/contacts.gif for an example.) The average, unsuspecting customer with no prior knowledge of these liars' tactics may be convinced that purchasing from them is safe due to Universal Research's "American" address and blatant lies about its writers' qualifications. What a racket! However, unlike 99% of the Universal Research's potential victims, I anticipate their scams and fraud. That anticipation led to my latest investigation.

THE TRUTH:

The corporate address of "Universal Research Incorporated" is actually a UPS Store. That's right--it's a complete sham! The address of "The UPS Store" in Reston, VA is as follows:

The UPS Store
11654 Plaza America Dr
Reston VA 20190

Compare the legitimate UPS Store address with that displayed on Universal Research's ripoff sites (bestessays.com[DND*], resumesplanet.com[DND*], rushessay.com[DND*], and superiorpapers.com[DND*]) from Ukraine:

Universal Research Incorporated

To verify the UPS Store address, please visit theupsstore.com/locations/locdet.asp?strCenterNum=MBE0316

I will soon post PHOTOS of both the inside and outside of "The UPS Store" in Virginia.

FYI, an agent inside of the UPS Store states that box #365 was CLOSED due to non-payment. So, not only is Universal Research (essaywriters.net) using a fake address, they have defaulted on the monthly payment for that fake address!

By the way, anyone can open a fake address with a UPS Store over the phone, even from Ukraine.

Is it a coincidence that essaywriters.net / BestEsays.com / superiorpapers.com / Universal Research chose a fake address in Virginia/Washington DC, on a street with "America" in its name? I doubt that very much. That address can't get much more "American."

To any representative of essaywriters.net who may read this thread, please understand that no matter what type of fake address that you decide to use next, I will find a way to conduct the same type of investigation. So, you might as well save yourself some time and money by just sticking with your current, FAKE address that you use to fool American customers.

Thank you.

If you didn't think that this is devastating evidence of their fraud, you wouldn't have tried to downplay its significance.

By the way, I don't conduct these investigations for YOU. I do so to protect innocent people from your crooked employer. Also, nobody cares what you think. You've already publicly admitted that you support their fraud because it puts dirty money in your pocket, so your biased "opinion" doesn't mean squat.

Interesting deduction but I'm sorry to dissappoint you. My yawn was very sincere. :) In fact, it was so sincere that I'm willing to accept your proof at face value and ask others to do the same. So URI faked their address, do customers care? I fake my address to my clients all the time to protect my identity and it doesn't seem to matter to them as long as they get what they're paying for. :) In the first place, it's not like "honesty and transparency" is the middle name of the term paper writing industry. :p

Look, I am tired of this bulls-i* back-and-forth between us. I have made my peace with you, yet you still keep coming after me.

So URI faked their address, do customers care?

Well, thanks to my investigations, customers will now be ABLE to make an informed decision as to whether a DECEPTIVE, Ukrainian company deserves to receive their hard-earned dollars.

In the first place, it's not like "honesty and transparency" is the middle name of the term paper writing industry.

You're right, thanks to all of the frauds from Ukraine and Pakistan.

Maybe to settle the argument between you 2 you ought to run a survey to see how many people will no longer buy from these sites JUST because they NOW know that they lie about their location. That way you will be able to determine whether all this work warning people about their TRUE location was worth it.

I personally believe that MOST students have already worked out the a lot of essay companies lie about their abilities and location, but are not in the least bit bothered so long as they dont have to do the work themselves. Students invariably go for the cheap option IMO and so therefore are prepared to take the risk that the essay will meet their exacting standards.

I have a friend who writes for an essay company who told me the other day that one student wanted someone to do their online test for them- now that is laziness in its extreme. How can that student claim to be worthy of their degree when they haven't even done the ONLINE test set for them for the course?

Investigation of MasterPapers.com: essayscam.org/forum/es/masterpapers-llc-academia-research-fake-address-627/

Investigation of rushessay.com
Investigation of besttermpaper.com
Investigation of bestdissertation.com

I am an excellent writer with two doctorates, doing another research, and can write on varied subjects.

Fancyfree, you are not alone. Dozens--if not hundreds--of victimized writers have reported in this forum (and elsewhere) the exact same type of scam perpetrated by essaywriters.net.

wHAT IS essaywriters' counterpart website for customers? I think essaywriters is only for the writers. What about for customers? I will need to make an advocacy for them too not to use its website!

LMAO!

Agree with you absotely. When you read postings from a fresh sufferer, it brings back the hidden pain. We all know how important this money is for a humble writer. Very sad that these thugs continue to cheat.

It's also very sad that some people here mock at the mishap of some writers in the hands of these thugs.

BestEssays.com, SuperiorPapers.com, and EssayWriters.net won't stop ripping-off customers AND writers until writers refuse to freelance for them.

rushessay.com = fraud from Ukraine

Along with bestessays.com, MasterPapers.com, rushessay.com, besttermpaper.com, and bestdissertation.com are still engaging in the same misrepresentation and intentional fraud about location and qualifications.

That is for Universal Research LLC at 11654 Plaza America Dr. #365
Reston VA 20190.

Maybe I can add a little bit more.

And for essaywriters.net at 1361 Icy Brook dr., Herndon, Va., 200170

Sold in 2003:

i424.photobucket.com/albums/pp328/busted_fraud101/2003SaleofIcy.jpg

great photograph

i424.photobucket.com/albums/pp328/busted_fraud101/ICYregistered-owned.jpg

registered to:

i424.photobucket.com/albums/pp328/busted_fraud101/ICYregisteredbyFairfax.jpg

(actually they are relatives--two houses on a parcel of land)

And what about the former UK address:

i424.photobucket.com/albums/pp328/busted_fraud101/UKAddressofEssayWriters.jpg

turns out to be the Senate House Library

i424.photobucket.com/albums/pp328/busted_fraud101/UKAdd-SenateHouseLibrary1.jpg

of the University of London. (must really be an old building)

i424.photobucket.com/albums/pp328/busted_fraud101/UKAdd-SenateHouseLibrary2.jpg

Let us go to some listings:

Olga

The phone number is registered under a different person in another locality.

Olga Yuriy

Hmmmm . . .and

Yuriy

and the phone number again is registered under the name of another person in another locality

Mizuk phone

Perhaps these persons really exist but they are not involved in all of these. Probably their names were picked and placed in documents and lists. Someone must be tampering with the listings. Why all the trouble? It is more than what is seems.

By the way, an "LLC" is not similar to "incorporated." As it now appears on a few of the websites, Universal Research LLC has "switched" to Universal Research Incorporated. Wow! like magic.

Oh well as for the more substantial evidence--let us forward all the documents to the authorities. Let the authorities put a stop to this.

The Americans are not the only ones defrauded here.

The Americans are not the only ones defrauded here.

You're absolutely right. These fraudsters from BestEssays.com, SuperiorPapers.com, and EssayWriters.net mislead and steal from people in all countries.

Excellent work! I can appreciate the time and effort that you devoted.

Thanks WB! I am just trying to pitch in some little help. You did a lot of research and leg work too.

I have to beg everyone's indulgence because I am not as good as you are in posting the photos :) I am sorry about that.

I just have this feeling that they do enjoy the divisiveness in our (everyone) midst now. ESL vs. non-ESL (although I agree with you and I know where you are coming from) but there is a larger picture out there.

On one hand, ESL writers are duped of their earnings. On the other, Americans are fooled and deceived. Everyone is a victim.

Just my opinion, they are making a mockery of our respective governments.

If you would check the Virginia State Corporation Commission: s0302.vita.virginia.gov/servlet/resqportal/resqportal?&rqs_custom_dir=sccci sp1

--under Corporate Inquiry Menu (not the Limited Liabilty Company Inquiry Menu) there is a corporation newly incorporated with Corp ID 0701509 yet another name-I think you get the picture.

Let us encourage the victims to file their complaints online the IC3 website.
Continue your good work and goodluck!

I am confident that something will be done.

Another one? WiseTranslations

Located at: 1800 N. Kent Street #B1 Arlington, Virginia 22209
wisetranslations/staff

i424.photobucket/albums/pp328/busted_fraud101/WT.jpg

But guess what? The given address is occupied by an Engineering Office of the Plaza East Office Building! I called their phone number and it was confirmed that there is no Wise Translations entity conducting business there.

i424.photobucket/albums/pp328/busted_fraud101/WT2.jpg

Not only that--Wise Translations' office phone number is: 1 703-621-7264
and which happens to be the very same US phone number of KillerContent.

i424.photobucket/albums/pp328/busted_fraud101/KC.jpg

KillerContent and WiseTranslations share the same US phone number 1 703-621-7264 BUT THEIR OFFICES are located in DIFFERENT LOCALITIES. How can that be?

KillerContent's US Corporate Address is: 4114 Hamlin Ave. Chantilly, Virginia 20151 while that of WiseTranslations is : 1800 N. Kent Street #B1 Arlington, Virginia 22209

Yeah, different localities that is why both have different zip codes. :)

And not only that--I will tie up everything for all of you:

*We discovered that Universal Research LLC's registration before the Va State Corporation Commission is cancelled as of 31 December 2007 as it appears below:

i424.photobucket/albums/pp328/busted_fraud101/LLCcancelled.jpg

*We discovered that a newly incorporated corporation (not LLC) appears in the records of Va State Corporation Commission as it appears below:

i424.photobucket/albums/pp328/busted_fraud101/URInc.jpg

(same Hamlin address)

*We also discovered that changes had been made on the website/s (other websites as well) from Universal Research LLC to Universal Research Incorporated (Limited).

BEFORE:
i424.photobucket/albums/pp328/busted_fraud101/KC-LLC.jpg

NOW:
i424.photobucket/albums/pp328/busted_fraud101/KC.jpg

You have been lying to all our faces. If you can lie this way, you also have lied in other ways.

HILARIOUS! Now these Ukrainian frauds have claimed a new address as their own:

12020 Sunrise Valley Drive, Suite 100
Reston, VA 20191

You can see "their" new address proudly displayed on bestessays.com[DND*] and superiorpapers.com[DND*]. Of course, they've posted the address in IMAGE format, so as to prevent it from being indexed in search engines.

I will be sending a friend there to investigate--armed with both still and video cameras--within the next few days.

By the way, here is some information about the REAL owners of the address:

Bravo WB! Good Luck.

Changing their address does not exculpate them from their previous violations/liabilities. I think the 'shake down' has started :)

They provide virtual offices :) virtualoffices.regus.com/products/mailbox-plus.htm - mailbox plus
2 businesses listed for 1222.yippie.biz/va/reston/ - Suite 100

@strugglingstudent
WB had an overinflated sense of self- importance. She failed to realize that nobody asked her to spend her time looking into company histories. Not that many people cared about the evidence either. They only cared to get a writer for their papers. These reports did little for them because they were not tenacious without cause, in proving company ownerships. Yes, the information is useful, but only for people who cared about it. Even then, there were those who decided to use the services anyway. They preferred to take a chance just the same.

What I am wondering about is, how do these businesses get a business registration / certification / permit to do business in the United States / UK. I mean, doesn't anybody check the validity of the documents being submitted? Or are these businesses fictitiously existing alongside their fictitious address? They are not registered businesses are they? The fake address is just to help create a fake semblance of legitimacy in case someone asks? That seems to be the norm these days, with everything going online I mean. Heck, in most cases, business address locations aren't even required in most websites anymore. So who cares about the actual location and ownership? Does it really matter these days?
The opinions are that of the author's alone based on an individual capacity. Opinions are provided "as is" and are not error-free.
