Scam by writing agency - filing a dispute?

I don't want to disclose which agency but I would like to ask if I can get back my money from PayPal after I file dispute?

Situation is, the project separate to 3 parts, while the part 1 still in mid of revision, somebody hacked into my account and approved my part 2 while I am not online.

Writer and I agreed on cancel the job as she really can't write my project, and she willing to refund me part 2 (approved by hacker or server) and part 3 (incomplete part)... in fact, her part 1 also failed. I can write better than her :/

In this case, can I get back my refund on part 2? which is USD188.50.

I will only share with you guys who are this agency, IF they ignored my complaints, and intentionally to scam me since the writer who did the job agreed on the refund, but they insist not to refund, with the horrible report from the writer.

If you're not going to name the site, don't post. Stop wasting people's time.

I don't understand this part. Are you saying somebody at the essay company impersonated you and approved it without your consent or that someone went into your account on your end without your permission and approved it?

I back home after event by that time already mid night, I log in and found her msg, said she uploaded, I replied on don't want her job disappointed me again. When I want to check her revision, I noticed somebody already approved part 2 on behalf ----> prntscr.com/1cdrp8

I immediately write her message, and also inform the writing agency, but nobody from them talk to me, reply me, liaise with me.

I go into my mail box and found this paper approved by somebody (hacker? server?? or?? I really don't have idea but this is my experience) at 22:05.

I am not home yet that time.


I am not here to bad-mouth people, spoiled other's repo to take attention or make myself higher than others. I am here to ask for solution and advise, for those who have the same experience, I'm asking if I can get money back by filing a dispute from PayPal.

I am sincere and genuine customer for all the writers here, I understand many good quality writers usually write their job more than make their talks here. I have received many low profile writers sent in their portfolio and dissertation sample / projects that they completed into my mail box. I have confident can find good writer with face to face communication to know what I want from this forum, than writing agency site.

So, if you want to take potential's customer attention, better take action show us your works, write more essays and upload more articles, instead of show us your bad quality attitude and character on the debate and argument here.

Just a hint, although 99 already told you this - 8$ pp won't get you a good writer for you dissertation. You will get mediocre/low quality work at best.

It's because I run out of time to meet my deadline, I have $400+ stuck in the writing service company haven't refund to me, and I don't know how long to take the refund.

I will only pay for what I can afford at the moment; if timing is not concern, I would pay more but not this stage. Probably another paper... Will take another Degree paper as option for my career.

It is normally easy to get a charge back dispute resolved in favor of the complainant at Paypal. Their protection policy rarely protects the seller. You have a good chance of getting a refund provided you can prove your case, within their automated template system that is...


It is possible that the writing company automatically charged your Paypal account for the second part, based on the previous agreement, which Paypal them approved automatically as well. In this case, you need to file 2 disputes with Paypal. This does not negate the first dispute filed.

It is because of situations like these that Paypal has started placing holds on payments received by electronic service providers. They do not immediately release the payments to the service providers until after a month has passed to make it easier to settle disputes. It is no longer difficult to get money back from scammers.
