Attention, freelance writers who have been ripped off by essaywriters.net:

Doesn't the following, 2004 post from a Ukrainian writing forum cause the ultimate sense of déj vu?

Snezhana

"So ... Try typing in Russian properly encoded. Have a good read.

I want to tell an interesting story and hear, I was not alone:) I wrote quite a lot of orders and to date the amount that I had not paid approximately $1300. This is for October and a small piece of November. Just got a hold Yuri (after two weeks of unsuccessful attempts) and had with him a very unpleasant conversation.

Previously (before the quarrel between each other [see "Yuri vs. Alexei"]) guys in one voice told me that my work is practically no plagiarism. Very surprised, as it turns - they say check writers work, I almost do not. Actually, the directions on the website that you can use Russian sources on the topic and to translate them, grouping by meaning, adding from itself, himself, etc., and TP - you remember, these tips are still there on the site has - been away from me.

In November, Yuri told me that they still could not pay me because they owe me money almost more than all the rest, so the first thing they will pay anyone with little on their orders, and my last. Ie I stand on the payment in last place, as a premium writer. (A bit strange position for motivation). He told me just because of the CBO, which I have quality work with me specify additional conditions - and payment for the options will be higher than those who wrote less.

Naturally, to increase pay it then and did not come (but it does not matter - I am about this and did not think - would get what they wrote).

Today, with the eleventh dial attempts, Yuri looked up and said that all of my work, which is not yet paid for (ie all 1300 $), fidbeki came from customers and that customers unhappy with the fact that in the works a large percentage of plagiarism. I explained again that I am, it turns out, I find abstracts in the database, and simply upload them into the system. And therefore they can never pay me a penny, and accordingly, wiped me out.

I napomnilaa Yuri that plagiarism in my work simply can not buy solely due to the specifics of how I write. And I can not believe anything except the words about plagiarism. I recall that I use to work exclusively RUSSIAN sources, and English is only for quotations.

Then after a moment's pause Yuri consulted with Alexei. I hear in the tube from Alexey: Tell yourself that wrote so much unrealistic. Yuri sends me a phrase: Do you want us to believe that you are writing so many work themselves? (approximately by their calculations for the time and a half order of the day).

I calmly asked them to check - in their office before their eyes. for how long I can write a paper. Then Yuri began to speak again about the "downloaded from the database works, loaded into the system and plagiarism.

I fully understand how Yuri and Alexei. Money for October, he gave them was in early November. That is prescriptive payment willingness to pay is reduced in direct proportion. And there is an idea - why not save an amount? Small amounts given to writers is easier, but if "hanging" a large sum, you can simply erase the writer from the database, not to pay him at all and save $ 1300 (it's not the average amount of 300-500 and a bit more - to see her go very difficult). And to justify the fact that a lot of plagiarism and that is simply not provided, write the work himself.

The most interesting - I from the very beginning of using EVE.2 to check for plagiarism. This is a special program, you should know it. It is used teach at American universities, checking the work of students.

I understand that there are still people who do not pay it large amounts of money? It really is easier to take on new writers, than to pay the old bills.

Nata Suprunets, because you have a similar history?"

You are welcome, of course. But have I ever attempted to conceal it? What does the fact that I am able to read Russian and compare it to what google says mean?

Nope. This case was never filed. nobody cooperated with the suit because it appeared to be more ofa data collection scam than an actual class lawsuit. The person involved was simply a disgruntled former online employee of the company who was so low in the company heirarchy that she didn't even know Yuri's last name or phone number. This was nothing morethan a nuisance post.

It appears that this was not a lawsuit in the making but rather, blackmail in the making. The OP was only interested in gathering dirt on Yuri. The true intentions of the OP remain unknown. I believe that this post was the productof a scammer wanting to apply pressure on a con artist. 2 cuminals engaged in some sort of war. From the looks of it, Yuri lost. This would be the logical assumption because of the lack of updates about the case. Whoever this person was got paid off to keep quiet. The mere idea of being blackmailed scared Yuri. His business can do without more accusations, true or not.
