Please, beware, I have placed my order on the above website, it was delivered on time but was absolutely useless as they deviated from the subject by 100%. First revision they made - well, they uploaded for me the same file as the first and and the second revision was the same again. It's a scam as I have realised, they are refunding me my money now, but I am going to ask my bank for chargeback too.

Anyway, just stay away, I can send you my conversation I had with them on a numerous occasions, which confirm that they are really just scamming.

I'm not disagreeing with you about these companies, but I am a little suspicious about the truth of your claims and your motives.

Hi ozadventure. can I just ask did you get a full refund back? What was the essay like? Was it still the standard you wanted e.g 1st class 2:1? How did it sound-good english etc?referencing? Was it just purely because it was not the right topic you wanted written about?

Hi it looks like I have fallen pray to writinghelp.com my dissertation should have been due on friday and then today. I have really been stupid!! Every time I did online chat with them they came up with excuses that the articals wernt sent, so I emailed them again and again. Each time I spoke to them they told me it was in hand and not to worry. Today I have tryed to speak to them but they wont talk jeep cutting me off and giving me other phone numbers to ring £350 down the drain. But worse still I have to see my tutor tomorrow. Please please dont fall victim. Dont know what to do now. Anyone else out there with their experiences and did people get their money back. Let me know your storys please.

Guys, I just submitted my order to writinghelp.co.uk and I feel really, really stupid for not googling their service before. DAMN!! They promised me to deliver my paper within the 24 hours, the time is almost up and I still have got nothing in my inbox. I'm trying to reach them on phone but its constantly busy. I'm not even sure what to do now as they have already deducted my payment :(

We took a call today from a customer who told us that writinghelp.co.uk have been using our company name, registration number and VAT number, i.e. pretending to be us to try and fool people into thinking they are a UK company. They have no proper company information on the website and they have registered the domain as a private individual (which I will follow up).

I managed to get an email address out of the chat operative (Neil Sameul) (care[at]writinghelp.co.uk) but I'm anxious to take this further as what they're doing is a criminal offence.

I wonder what you guys have been doing that a customer informs you of the breach. Secondly, when their registration is private, where have they been using information of your company? Why have you not initiated any legal response, etc.?

I think the customer was trying to find out if it was genuinely one of our sites.

You asked where they have been using the info of our company - this was over the phone to the customer.

I do want to initiate a legal response but I've been struggling to find any real contact info other than the email address and chat system. Since yesterday I have found bits from their 'industry warning' page on AcademicWritingHelp.com - and that site looks identical. That's registered to:

That's all I have, no other sites on their IP or anything.

These website are 100% from Pakistan.

All you need to do is place a call to their number and ask of them their address. You can also write to them an email as a customer and ask for their address. If it's the same as yours, you can approach their registrar 123-reg.co.uk with your lawyer (who will initiate a legal notice to 123-reg.co.uk asking for the personal details of the owner and then beginning your legal action.

No, it really doesn't. No company located in Karachi, Pakistan should pretend they're located in the US/UK. In fact, I'll be so bold as to suggest that no company should pretend to operate from one country when they actually operate from another.
