My leadership and ability in and out of school consist of a lot of things, some good and some not so good. My first leadership and ability of being in school is me being able to better myself in life and everything that I do. The second leadership and ability of being out school is having to struggle at a dead end job to take care me and my little brother. Last, but not least my fifth leadership and ability in and out of school is me knowing that it is never too late to go back school, and change something in my life.

My first leadership and ability in and out of school is being able to better myself in everything that I do. I want to be able to look at a design and say YES I did that. Being proud of myself matters the most knowing that I took a chance at doing something most people would not. The thought of me being my own boss, and being the leader that I know I can be is beyond anything that I could imagine or dream of. I could be a better person than I am now if I could get the chance show and prove my worth, and show everyone the wonderful things I can do.

Secondly, my ability out of school is having to keep struggling with a dead end job to take care of me and my brother. The jobs I have had were not promising, or did they lead to a bright further. I have custody of my teenage brother, and he means the world to me, I just want to give him the things that I was unfortunate to have. He means the world to me, and I haven't been able to provide for him or myself the way I would like. A better education means a better job.

Last, but least is me knowing that it is never too late to go back to school or to change something in my life. Going back to school is a major milestone in many peoples' lives. Some people feel that school is just for the children, but is not is for anyone who wants to do something different in life. You are never too old to learn new things because every day there is something new to add to the old. Change is great and a beautiful thing and it is something that I do not want to miss out on in my life. Going to school will change things for the better.

Conclusion, my leadership and ability in and out of school the good outweighs the bad. My first reason is that I can have the chance to better myself. Secondly, is being out of school and me having to struggle to keep working dead end jobs, and not be able to take care of me and my little brother. Last, but not least is my leadership and ability in and out of school is me knowing that it is never too late to go back to school and make a change in my life. This program is really something that I have a passion for and something I will truly love doing.
