Has anybody used this service to bypass Turnitin?

I would like to hear some feedback from people (especially students) who have used this or similar service to cheat Turnitin:
gmacar/create-a-pdf-for-you-to-get-0-turnitin-score

In some cases, it could be very useful... but I don't want to pay to some foreign service which can take money and not deliver. Below is some example quick Turnitin report I received from my student friend. My gut feeling tells me that it's a waste of time to try to "cheat" Turnitin because everything is recorded so even if you submit multiple documents that are similar they all will be saved.

A standard double-spaced page of 275-300 words is about 1,500 to 1,700 characters (not including spaces), so the price listed is actually a per-page price (approximately) and not a "document" price.

More importantly, the quality of the rewritten work depends entirely on the writing ability of the service provider. If the service provider is as good a writer as many of the "writers" trying to make a living in this business, your results will be very disappointing because the product will read no better than anything else a lousy writer can produce. Furthermore, entirely rewriting existing material can be harder to do well than writing it from scratch because it requires the rewriter to understand and interpret the original meaning of every sentence very accurately, which involves another skill besides just writing and leaves tremendous room for error. Finally, there's a very good chance this service relies entirely on software without providing any actual manual rewriting, in which case your results will almost certainly be terrible and a total waste of money.

FreelanceWriter, your post is irrelevant. Take a minute to actually read the content of the URL. The guy/gal is not offering any writing or rewriting services. He or she is simply selling a PDF template into which one must paste his/her own text. To make a long, technical story short, the text gets "masked" by using an underlying layer of gibberish characters, thereby making it impossible for Turnitin to detect any plagiarism because there are no actual "words." Visually, the words remain perfectly normal, but Turnitin is rendered impotent.

I remember when you could just use macros to achieve the same effect. Those were the good old days...

The morons at Turnitin finally figured out how to recognize Cyrillic/Greek characters, too.

Well, I have just tried it out and the service is outstanding: this guy is even willing (and able) to make specific paragraphs detectable by Turnitin, so the similarity score won't be 0 if you quoted some authors, otherwise your teacher could become suspicious of you. Quotations should be detected! (the rest shouldn't :-P )

In my opinion, this is the solution to lots of issues that have been discussed in this forum, such as https://essayscam.org/forum/gt/turnitin-stealing-work-3629/

Yes, now we can beat Turnitin. For good.

By the way, if you want a free $5 gig, you can exploit this link /s2/971d65a520
Enjoy ;-)

Oh... russian...
but I've tried and checked a small paper today, it was ok for me (from 90% to 25%, exactly I've got 29% in Writecheck). I don't know if it will work for Turnitin?

It wasn't your best decision to use 'free' anti-plagiarism tools - as described here: essayscam.org/truth-plagiarism-detection-tools/. The paper you submitted was probably saved in their database and will be published under a different name soon.

I've used Writecheck. It is paid. I hope, they will not publish my paper. Or they will?

Do not be concerned about using writecheck. It is designed as a service for students to check their own work for plagiarism before they submit it. It does not affect work once it is submitted through turnitin. The service is a very useful tool for ascertaining if work needs to be rewritten to bring the plagiarism rating down. Use with confidence.

Hi
I uploaded a paper on Turnitin to check similarity index, but unfortunately I deleted the detail from ID, about paper id etc. Anyone can help me how to retrieve the paper ID on turnitin.

Anyone can help me how to retrieve the paper ID on turnitin.

I'm not certain this will help you, but the directions provided at TurnItIn state: "Click Go to assignment inbox to view the list of current student submissions, or click Submit another file to continue submitting as a student." In addition, the "Viewing Papers" feature might help: "Every text or image-based submission made to an assignment can be viewed online. To view a paper through the Turnitin website, simply click title of the paper in title column of the Assignment Inbox; this will open the paper in the Document Viewer." These features might give you the missing ID you need.

The only way to really bypass turnitin is to make sure that your writer has written original content for you. In addition to that, you have to request a non-plagiarism check for your paper to ensure that no part of the paper will enter any type of database that may hold a copy of your paper. The submission of the paper to any database is often what triggers a plagiarism report in various systems. You cannot use a software to bypass another software. AI has not achieved that type of rewriting capacity yet. Having a writer who knows how to do his job is the best work around for this problem.

While it is not possible to beat Turnitin when it comes to plagiarism detection, it is possible to limit its abilities to detect plagiarism. While Turnitin is also learning to utilize Ai to help in its quest to prevent plagiarism and AI generated papers, the students have come to the realization that using human writers, who write truly original papers for them will always be the best work around for the system. It is possible to get a plagiarism free paper and get past those detection tools, not just Turnitin, by simply making sure that your writer honestly does the work for you and does not use AI to generate a paper for you either.
The opinions are that of the author's alone based on an individual capacity. Opinions are provided "as is" and are not error-free.
