Hi, I had given an assignment to write in the UK now he is telling me to send money for copywrites or else he will go to the university, but he knows my name and my supervisor's name but he doesn't know my uni ID
Is it possible to contact them even after I have submitted the paper? and by only knowing the name?
Also, he doesn't know my mail ID
Please help me what to do.

Please help me what to do.
Please just read the other related threads right below this one. The advice will always be the same: completely ignore all messages and block every means by which he's contacting you. If you really want to be as careful as possible, just don't submit anything he provided. If there's no submission of his work, it doesn't even matter if he manages to reach anybody who cares, which is unlikely, but not entirely impossible. Whether or not you already submitted it, the advice is still the same: ignore, block, and don't even consider sending him any money; don't even consider contacting anybody at your university, either.

(Post #3)@pauli
You should listen to advice from people who have nothing to gain but are willing to give you unbiased advice. As stated previously on similar threads, only @noted and me can give you such advice. We are both retired and not seeking promotion for our services.
You have nothing to fear. Block and ignore this person. Consider it a lesson learnt the hard way since it is now illegal in England for anyone to write an essay for someone. Look at Skills and Post-16 Education Act 2022. Do not appoint anyone ouside the UK either, as they are equally as culpable as a UK based writer.
@a1writer
I'm afraid because he has my supervisor name😢
Will it be a problem because I have submitted and if we search my supervisor name we can find his details and his mail ID
@pauli
So he has the name. Is that supervisor identifiable from a Google search? Is the supervisor on LinkedIn for example, whereby he/she can be traced to a particular university? You can always point out to the writer that they are criminally liable under the Skills and Post-16 Education Act 2022.
@a1writer
Yes he is identifiable
@pauli
You need to point out to the writer that if you report them under the 2022 Act they will have a criminal record, be fined and their website closed down.
@a1writer
so much complication and I'm not in a peaceful state
I shouldn't have done that
Hope he won't mail my supervisor
If he does my life is done
@pauli
It is worrying for you, but maybe mentioning the 2022 legislation might make him think twice before he contacts your supervisor.
@a1writer
I'll do that
Thank you so so much for your help
@a1writer
Shall I block him? Because there are other students also linked to him
@pauli
Yes definitely block him.
@a1writer
In case if he contact our uni he'll also be in trouble right due to the act ?
@pauli
Yes, that will be evidence that he has broken the law. But you also have the power to report him to enforcement authorities.
He needs to have something to lose.
@a1writer
I haven't scam them but or I never cheated on them
So. Do you think he will still report to uni ?
@pauli
Who knows, but by doing so he would reveal himself as someone who broke the 2022 legislation, and it's not in his interest to do so.
@a1writer
🙆â€â™‚ï¸ I'm worried more now
@pauli
Why? He has a great deal to lose by admitting he broke the law but I'm not a mind reader. If I was in his shoes, and I wanted to carry on writing essays (illegally), then I wouldn't report you. But I'm not him.
You are better off using AI to write your essays and then adapting them rather than using a freelance writer. I know students who have used AI to help them and they have been pleased with the results.
@a1writer
🙆â€â™‚ï¸
I'm hoping to results come ASAP
Hi guys,
My results are out and I have passed in dissertation, but I got a call from him saying that he can still mail the university, will that be an issue
Please help me with that
Even though I've blocked him he is trying contacting me
Don't know what to do
@pauli
Well done although in future remember the law relating to essay mills and freelance writers wheresoever based in the world.
Sit tight, do nothing. Keep trying to block them but do not respond to the scammers.
@pauli Did you proceed to use the paper that this person wrote for you? It would be in your best interest to not have used the paper. I am not saying that he can make trouble for you. What I am saying is that it is always best to not use the paper they submitted in case that writer does try to make problems for you. As you said, your supervisor is identifiable and can be found by search. The university normally does not pay attention to poison emails. However, I am not sure if your supervisor will disregard a poison email. That is why I still have some worry for you. Let us just hope that the writer does not follow through by contacting your supervisor. Remember, the grade can be rescinced if academic contract cheating can be proven by the supervisor. It will affect your ability to graduate or pass to the next level of studies.
